While cleaning the gutters, he found a few low spots of pooling water and fixed and realigned them. He laid out a blanket on my hardwood floors before starting on the chimney. I told him I would address needed repairs went to garage to get a rubber mallet. Returned and he said he fixed it. I checked and showed him he crushed pins by forcing. I need to put some more time in it tomorrow after the carpet dries. Then I observed his cleaning in the family room. Once again it's my opinion but slamming the the wand into the baseboards lent to the impression that speed creates a cavalier attitude as to customer's belongings. I don't think I am being harsh as prior to arrival my wife and I had moved almost complete furnishings to make the process easier. Josh can call when he returns from Alabama if he wishes.
