The first time was over a year ago--they came to the rescue and fixed an issue that others couldn't. The second time, my home warranty company sent a contractor who tried to charge thousands for electrical work. Thankfully, I still had their card from the first job, so I called them again. Once more, they came through--doing the job right and within what the home warranty would actually cover. This is an honest company that does great work. The only downside is that they're hard to get a hold of and prioritize jobs based on urgency. But if you can get them to take your job--do it! Totally worth it. (But do me a favor and wait a bit--I've got more work for them: roofing, plumbing... I want to be first in line. )

Everyone, from Nathan (project estimator and manager) to Isaiah (worksite supervisor) and his work crew, Jose and Aikeem, has worked diligently to identify and rectify a variety of foundation and crawlspace issues common to houses as old as ours (70+ yrs). Our house, having been built and modified in stages, over the course of all those years, presented some unique and complex challenges. Each member of the team assigned to our project consistently demonstrated the knowledge and skills required to address all of these hurdles. They identified the relevant problems, developed a plan to address them, and completed the project in the time they had allotted to do so. Throughout the process, from assessment and cost estimation, through to the completion of the project, we found every member of our JES team to be extremely hard working and attentive to our input, as well as eager to answer our questions and address particular concerns along the way. In short, the entire team, including support personnel at the regional office (Summer), was a pleasure to work with and turned what could have been an extremely stressful endeavor into a surprisingly pleasurable experience. (According to Basement Doctor brochure & video) After the installer gave me some lame excuse of why they didn't install all the products and why they did what they did it like I was some type of ignorant dumbass. Needless to say my blood started to boil. So to avoid conflict I paid the man as sent him on his way as I wanted him off my property asap. I have made contact the Basement Doctor's office and the salesman with my concerns and so far have gotten the brush off. Use this company if you choose but consider this a "buyer beware warning"
