Even though this was a new firm, the owner, Cherie Miller is a legend in the real estate world and we were told she got into the insurance arena to make homeowners and renters insurance more affordable with no loss in coverage. We spoke with Cherie and learned most policies are for double or triple the cost of the home being rebuilt. A $300000.00 policy on a $123,000.00 home would pay $123000.00 to rebuild it and the rest simply equates to additional profit for the agent and company! We were able to get full coverage for less than half what others had quoted and are reviewing our other policies to see what Cherie can do with them. Her background in the real estate made her a homeowner/investor advocate in insurance and we highly recommend her services for a economically wise future.
