I didn't find out until I had an issue with one of my policies and had to call for help. A guy named David picked up the phone. He seemed very overwhelmed and unfocused on our conversation. He said he would look into the issue and get back to me which never happened. I even gave him a second chance and still didn't get a returned phone call. When someone takes over an insurance agency, the proper thing to do would be to call all the existing clients, introduce yourself and start building a relationship. David obviously didn't do this, so the least he could have done is used my issue as an opportunity to prove himself reliable, gain trust and re-earn my business. Needless to say, I switched agencies. It's unfortunate that this guy is tarnishing the Millers' good name.

I never filed a claim, and I had a great payment and driving history. After purchasing a new vehicle, I knew my insurance would go up. I was shocked, though, to find my insurance would almost triple. April in this office said it would go down once I took my third vehicle off. When I did remove my third vehicle a short time after adding it, there was barely any change. When I went to April about this, she gave me a long excuse that didn't really make any sense. I was very disappointed in how April handled it all. She was terrible about getting back to me and couldn't give me a straightforward, sensible answer as to why my insurance was almost tripling. Because of that, I ended up going with another insurance company and got a much better deal on my life, home, and auto. The most annoying part is that even after I spoke with April and canceled my life, home, and and auto policies, she didn't do it correctly and continued to charge me for life insurance for my husband after I specifically confirmed with her that my husband didn't need to sign anything. She told me no, everything was canceled. Two months later, they were still charging me for his life insurance. I reached out to her to fix her mistake. Her response was, "Sorry, he does need to sign this document." I asked where my refund was for the last two months of charges. I have called several times and have not gotten a response regarding her mistake. I would never recommend Farmers or this office. April has a lack of knowledge of her job and avoids taking responsibility for her wrongdoings. These people are taking advantage of people.

After years of on time payments & practically no claims, we recently needed help from our Agent, whom we just learned doesn't exist. The State Farm employees we dealt with handed us off, gave us bad information & created a time consuming, financial nightmare for us.
