Produce is usually picked the same day as it's sold, so you are getting food as fresh as it gets (unless you have your own garden). Their prices are always reasonable, sometimes lower than the grocery store, sometimes not, but the quality is outstanding. I live for their peaches in the summer. But don't miss their strawberries in the Spring, and their tomatoes... always something to look forward to. They grow them in high tunnels so they are available as early as March and they are delicious.

There is a commercial butchering operation on site as well as a nice little butcher shop. The store has a lot of great local goods for sale as well as some of the best fried chicken I have ever had in my entire life. They also have a butcher on site to cut your meat right there for you. Even my ground beef was from that morning. The workers were all so friendly and pleasant. Prices are very reasonable and again the meat was so good quality and fresh. My friend even commented on the quality of the chicken which isn't something I thought could Be noticed and he didn't realize I got it from a butcher not the grocery store.
