Great service! My husband & I are very pleased with everything we have had laundered and dry cleaned.

From a business stand point, as an undergrad student I'd say the business is okay. They do good work, the shirts are cleaned nicely and are ironed skillfully. The turnover is usually just a day or two given that they seemingly do the cleaner procedures at their location as oppose to sending them out like some dry cleaners, but their rates are pricey compared to other dry cleaners, also, it's cash only. The owner will make sure to charge you to the exact dime and penny for their work. I had a shirt clean once(first time customer), upon pick-up I asked the owner whether if she could travel-fold the shirt for me since I was walking back to my apartment. She make it clear to me that it cost extra; I ended up folding my shirt in her store in front of her. A very dissatisfying experience for me as a customer. I've used 3 different dry cleaners prior to her, all of which have cheaper rate for cleaning, and did not cost me any extra for folding. Given the owner is a Korean, raised in Korea and had been in the business for 13 years, let's just say that her style of customer service is "different." She would tell you that she cannot guarantee to remove the stain/spots. She would not give you any quotes over the telephone either. Heck she wouldn't even just give me a few of those little transparent plastic clips that they use to clip the shirt sleeves together after they iron it(they're $2.99 for 500 of them, all I wanted was just a few). I told her they really don't worth that much and I just needed a few of them to replace the ones that I misplaced at home, I was gonna offer her $1 for it. She told me to buy it myself. I understand she is just doing what she can to protect her and her business, however I don't think she fully realizes that these little things adds up, and it will alienate her business away from becoming interpersonal. Being interpersonal and having a sense of connective-ness is essentially for any business, let alone a small business. This is my personal experience after using her service. I don't mean to project any biased on her, go ahead, I encourage you to give them a try. You might find a pleasant experience. I know I'm not going back there. The prices and customer service at this place are ridiculous. I dropped off a PROM dress to be cleaned, and when I picked it up, I was told to pay $170 for my "wedding" dress. I had to show pictures to prove to them that this was my child's prom dress and they still argued with me and tried to say I was lying, and that I had told them at drop off it was a wedding dress. After an extensive length of time listening to them bicker back and forth (in a foreign language that I couldn't understand which made me feel as if they were talking rudely about me) they decided I should pay $100 for the cleaning. Let me be clear, the dress had no visible stains or dirt marks. When I took it down the street to another cleaner for their opinion, I was told at the most they would've charged me $50. I went to get a rather expensive pair of jeans hemmed because it was close to my apartment and I am rather short (5'1). I like to wear heels often, so I brought my highest pair of heels with me for measuring so that they would work with every pair of shoes I own. The lady pinned them with me in the heels, so everything should have been fine... I picked up the jeans a few days later and when I tried them on at home, they were hemmed at least 3 inches too short. They don't even touch the ground when I'm barefoot, so there is no way possible they would ever work with heels. The only time I can wear them is if I tuck them into boots or roll them up into capris in the summer. I will never take anything to be hemmed there again. read more

We have always had excellent service at Miller's Quality Cleaners. The shirts are starched perfectly and nicely pressed. Far better pressing than any other cleaners. And, they carry my clothing out to my car for me every time. Miller's is community minded and supports local charities. read more

They Treat their employees like crap. I know I was one. For the first few days they were nice and kind, Until today when I went to pick up my money, I forgot to call into there Wednesday because my son was sick and had to go to the hospital, and Julie Yoon the owner that runs the front desk, said that it was an excuse not to call in. I'm sorry if my 2 year old baby boy is in the hospital because he was throwing up for no reason Im going to forget to call, My son is more important, She was very rude to me and I thought she would have been more understanding. But, I guess not all Im saying is they do not get the stains out like they should Believe me I know first hand.. They are the worst employment and cleaners around I would rather go some where else read more
