When I called to voice my concerns (Thursday morning) I was told the office was too busy and wouldn't get back to me until Monday. They never asked for my name, callback number, or details on the issue...just brushed it off. Cheyenne and Amanda "cleaned" my carpet. The owner has since responded to my complaint with defensiveness and blame (see their Facebook page). This is the perfect example of how a business should not address negative feedback from its customers in a public forum.

I was told I would get a call when they were on there way. Had not heard anything by 1:00 pm so I called. "They'll be there this afternoon for sure". Shortly before five I called again to learn they were not coming. Apparently they had a commercial job that was more important. I felt a phone call to tell me they were not coming was warranted and told them as much. Waiting at home for them the entire day without any word from them was frustrating to say the least.

I was estimated 20-30 for my lawn to be cut…read more They charged me 70 for a the cut with no explanation or contract. They cut half the lawn because they said there was too much trash on the lawn... when I went to clean up the trash it was not even a quarter of a small trash bag full. The whipping job was horrid! Took a week to come back and fix it. Just got a quote from All Seasons and they are charging me 70 a month with edging. Green scene is the most unprofessional and bad customer service business I have dealt with in a while.
