I am to the point of claiming fraudulent charges because I cannot get a response back!!!!!!!

You can rent extra spaces to move cars in & out as you're working on them. Nobody bothers you while you're working. It's cheaper than an actual garage when you consider utilities and insurance, if you can even find a garage to rent for body and mechanical work. I've been helping my buddy work on his racecar and when my garage lease is up this is where I'll be. It's also gated & you can rent online. Best deal in town.

Edit: There was in-fact a link in the email with my reference number, but it was so hidden that I had to look at the email 5 times. I would also look into the website design so that it does not confuse future customers by asking for nonexistant log-ins.

My first time coming in was just before closing time, so I just planned to ask some questions and see what they had available. Ray told me not to worry about the time, he was there to help me with what I needed. And he did- I got the perfect size unit for my family's needs, with an excellent location within the facility, at a reasonable price. The facility itself is impressive- conveniently located, secure but easily accessed by customers, clean, bright, climate-controlled, good pest control, extra-wide aisles, a variety of unit sizes and configurations (e.g., 5x10 or 10x5, etc.) to meet your needs, spacious elevator, automatic doors to/from outside, ample parking and space to pull up your vehicle, and plenty of rolling carts in different sizes to help you move in your things. Add to that the friendly, kind, and helpful staff (in addition to Ray I've dealt with Hope and Caine (sp?) so far), PLUS the added bonus that you can purchase moving supplies and rent Penske trucks from this location! I took advantage of those services as well and it could not have been easier. The only down side of this place is if you have to make a left turn onto 309 when you're leaving- that can be a bit of a challenge, so be sure you leave yourself a few extra minutes for exiting. Our family is extremely pleased to be customers at StorHouse!
