Fortunately, I was able to slowly drive the car off the highway to a 7-11 store. Not knowing what was wrong other than the car was undriveable and needing to be towed, I call the nearest towing company, Shannon's. Within a few minutes, Lucky showed up, diagnosed the likely problem (a failed alternator), jump started the car, and led me to Shannon's Towing. He was knowledgeable, polite, and very attentive to my family's needs. Lucky found an alternator at a local auto parts store, installed it for a very reasonable price, and sent us on our way.
