(Neighbor had placed her own little property stakes - not surveyor stakes at the area that SHE claims is her property.) But HE was the one tresspassing on a piece of property that is being disputed and as such he should not refuse to comply with my wishes. He is only a landscaper. He is not an attorney and he is not a judge and HE is the one who is tresspassing.
