These idiots are contracted with my next door neighbors for snow removal. My front yard runs parallel with the neighbors driveway. They use a pickup truck with a plow to clear the driveway. Instead of depositing the snow somewhere on the neighbors lawn, the jerk driving the truck has been turning the plow and driving out onto my front lawn with the plow on the ground. Not surprisingly, the plow is ripping up huge chunks of dirt and grass in the process. Apparently these geniuses think it's good business to destroy the neighbors lawn bc they're too lazy to properly remove the snow. If they're gonna be dragging a plow across any bodies front lawn, why wouldn't it be the paying customers lawn? It's bc their lazy, careless, rude people that would rather adversely affect a third party than upset a paying customer. These guys really suck. read more

I've been using Good Guys for mowing and lawn care for the past few months and I am absolutely a fan. I've lived in Ann Arbor for roughly 20 years, and was always disappointed with other lawn services that I've used. But with Good Guys (unlike the other guys), I'm really impressed by the quality of the work that they do and the consistency they show in getting the work done as planned. Unless it is raining (and impossible to mow), they are at my house like clockwork to get the job done. Other services I've used were fairly unreliable in that respect, but Good Guys has been perfect. Good Guys is the best lawn company we've used over years of home ownership. For our seasonal lawn fertilization service, we appreciate advance notice of our upcoming treatment. When they say they will come next week, they will come. We also hired them this spring to service our sprinkler system. The technician, Johnny, is remarkable! He checked for and repaired leaks and adjusted the sprinkler heads to ensure even water coverage of the lawn. If needed, he replaced the heads. Johnny was patient in explaining what he was doing and what he needed to do. He didn't rush and was honest with his assessment. His interpersonal skills and customer service were outstanding! They come on a regular basis and do a great job. It's great to come home and have the lawn already mowed so I can spend my time on more fun things, and not have to worry that the only time I am available to mow the lawn it's raining. I wish I had done this much sooner. Payment is also easy, they have automatic payment so I don't have to worry about paying bills either. A week ago it snowed in AA but it really more of an ice. It was far below (in depth) of the contract guidelines for plowing. Good Guys sent an email to all of their customers who purchased the plowing option but not the salt contract, that they would ice for free if the customer wanted them to do so.
