After bringing it back to the store the same day, telling them it wasn't charging, I was told there were no exchanges allowed but this would be "an exception". The second pen didn't work either, same problem. I'm not going to bother bringing it back, I'd rather just find another smoke shop to buy at.

Costal Clouds Chilled Apple Pear was recommended a brand I never heard of.. I decided to try it and asked again if it was menthol I was told it was not. Well, I got home and found out it was. I went a second time a week later.. This time I was helped by a woman who was filling in from another store in Cherry Hill. She explained that anything chilled is menthol.. She also explained the Smoke Cartridges when using salt liquids work best with the Mesh Pods. She was professional, knowledgeable and knew everything about all of the items /products I was interested in! Yesterday I called and asked for the Nova 2 smoke mesh pods. I was told they would be in stock today. . I called today and a extremely rude gentleman told me that they don't have the PODS or the Liquid.. I asked him how much the Caramel Salt e-liquid was. He was rude and said " I can't give prices over the phone" . He must be new or just too lazy to check the price as everyone else has given me the prices over the phone from this location in the past. . I wouldn't have to ask for the price if they didn't change every single time I've been there. After today's experience I won't be going back! I think the No name salt liquids this store sells are way too high. Most Gas stations who carry the same brand-liquids charge 6.99-9.99. My vapor store.Com sells top of the line salt E-liquids, like Connoli, The Beard, Pods, Nova 2, & 3 starter kits etc.. a lot cheaper. This Puff and Pipe location isn't consistent, stock is almost always out, workers don't seem to know much , the employee turn over rate is extremely high, it takes forever to get someone to answer a simple question or check you out, prices are ridiculous for base liquids nobody's ever heard of.
