I would say every day or every other day for the past year I have been coming to this place. I have…read morealways loved it, what drew me here was the daily specials. The friendly faces all of the workers were so kind every time I would come in with my kids they would give my kids a piece of candy or a snack. I never had any issues here up until today. I come in and find out there is new management they told me my kids weren't allowed in. They had to wait in the lobby, which is crazy cause I was never told that before and then they proceeded to tell me that no one two dollar pre-roll orders went through. There was supposedly a glitch in the system and no one went through and I'm like oh really that's crazy cause I got a confirmation that all seven that I ordered was ready for pick up so how was something ready for pick up if no one even bagged it up? I don't know what made them change management and get all these new workers out of nowhere but biggest mistake. This place is definitely gonna start losing business.

My partner and I visited your dispensary on what was already one of the worst days of our lives…read more His mother had passed away that morning. As we approached the building, I was smoking a cigarette. An employee came outside and informed me that smoking was not permitted near the building. I immediately apologized and told him I would move away. A few moments later, the same employee came back outside and aggressively told me not to put the cigarette out on the building. Again, I complied. When my partner went inside, he apologized for the misunderstanding and explained that I hadn't been there before and wasn't aware of the policy. Instead of de-escalating the situation, the employee continued to be confrontational and rude. By the time I entered, I could see the interaction had become unnecessarily hostile. I then apologized myself and explained that we had just received news that my partner's mother had passed away. The employee's response was, "I don't fucking care who the fuck he lost." I've worked in customer-facing environments and understand that employees have rules to enforce. What I do not understand is the complete lack of basic human decency and compassion. We were respectful, apologized multiple times, and complied with the request immediately. There was absolutely no reason for the hostility, and there is certainly no excuse for speaking to a grieving customer that way. I've never felt more unwelcome in a business. Management should know that this interaction reflected very poorly on the dispensary and turned what could have been a simple misunderstanding into an experience we won't forget.

I've been to this dispensary a handful of times now. I love that they have a drive-thru, even if I…read morehave to pre-order first. The convenience factor of the drive-thru is a highlight of this place. It's clean, doesn't reek of weed (in my opinion), the staff is always extremely friendly, knowledgeable, patient and ready to alert customers about ongoing sales. They have a decent selection and the prices are average now that more dispensaries are popping up and destroying the monopoly on legal weed that there was a couple years ago. Sometimes you can get two carts for the price of one, it's great. The only complaint I have is that I usually buy vape cartridges and every single one I've purchased has a HUGE air bubble in the cart. Some look half-empty upon opening the package. Not sure why this is, especially since they sometimes charge $50-$60 for what's expected to be a "full" cart...It's obvious that they just want the carts to run out faster which is disappointing because I really like the place but I think that's pretty normal for dispensaries to do because Curaleaf does the same thing with their carts.
