It has graveled running paths and it's just wonderful to hear walkers and runners from the nearby Nike Campus and the LaSalle Apartment Property talking and shouting back and forth while enjoying this very serene park-like area. The large apartment property is set quite a ways back from the eastbound side of the trains. When I wait for incoming trains on the platorm, I'm quite glad for a bit of a wait to sit and reflect on the forested land. It's just makes me Zen out for a bit on the beauty, especially on a late summer gold and blue afternoon. Another thing that sets this station apart from the others is the tech company across from the apartments. Of course, it's not because it's a tech company (although this part of Beaverton and into Hillsboro is considered this region's Silicon Valley), but that the employees have built a cricket pitch on the building's front lawn where they play at lunch and after work during the summer and fall. Talk about another way to go Zen. The red and blue MAX trains are the only ones who stop here. There really is no place to park and ride. Don't try it in the large apartment parking lot or you can potentially be towed due to assigned parking for residents. The Nike shuttle buses do stop in the parking lot near the MAX train exits. The station platform is kept very clean and has a reasonable amount of sheltered and outdoor seating. Signage and evening lighting is excellent. I always feel very comfortable at this station because there's nearly always a good number of people coming and going. I recommend use of this station for the sheer beauty all around and it's all-over comfort and great schedules for the trains. The cricket pitch is just added fun! Come and give this station a try. I think you'll like it!

Sometimes emergencies or rush situations happen and scheduling medical transport with wheelchair capability can be a serious hassle since most transport requires advanced scheduling and planning. COMPARISONS - Sadly many insurance don't cover non-emergency medical transport. Getting old isn't cheap and medical transport isn't either, compared to other similar services ANEMT rates are average to a little better. MetroWest transport is the most popular and great, but they are constantly booked at least 1-2 days out or 5-10 hours for same day. MetroWest also has stair capable wheelchairs and stretchers by request and door to door service. TriMet offers basic medical transport for fairly cheap via shuttle, but they don't offer door to door so you'll need someone to push if the chair isn't motorized and electric. Uber and Lyft have wheelchair capable vehicles, but again, no door to door service and requires advanced scheduling. Interestingly Kaiser Washington State insurance covers non-emergency transport, but not in Oregon. Above and beyond - Along with being able to respond quickly with door to door service, they helped with transferring inside the home to and from the wheelchair. Aways super nice and friendly guys. Easy pay via credit card through a tex message link or over the phone. Have questions, be sure to ask, they are very helpful and accommodating. The MAX train does not reach here, unfortunately. The buses served by this transit center are 42, 43, 45, 56. 62, 76 and 78. There are covered seating areas. There is plenty of parking but no bike facility. Of course if you desire refreshments while waiting for your bus, Starbucks and numerous other snack places are located right inside Washington Square Mall. This transit center sees a lot of traffic and Tri-Met does a great job maintaining its cleanliness and appearance.

You can take the streetcar to get to the stop, cross the street, then hop on the tram (roundtrip). It was about $8 roundtrip for adults. You arrive at the top at Oregon Health Sciences University hospital. And it IS an actual hospital! We walked around a bit and headed back. The views are worth it.

This tram ride is the cheap and convenient way of enjoying the horizontal landscape view of the…read morecity of Portland. The tram car goes from upper to lower level every 15 minutes interval. We bought the tickets and boarded the car from upper level, entrance right next to OHSU Hospital. Ticket prices were $9 for round trip. The tram was really popular for locals, especially for the employees working at the hospital. The upper terminal had multiple lookout spots to see the city skyline and also up close watching the tram heading to the lower terminal. As we started heading down the hill, we saw stunning view of the city's greenery, houses, buildings and Willamette river. In the horizon, we could also see the snowy Mount Hood. The ride was about 5 minutes. At lower level, everyone had to exit the lower level terminal. Then we used our round trip ticket to enter the terminal again and board the same car. At the lower terminal, there was a huge parking stand for bicycles. Trip from lower to upper terminal was little longer, took about 8-9 minutes. Being a sunny bright day, we absolutely loved the short round trip for such a decent price.

Besides that, the signage often (very often) says a bus is cancelled, only to send it anyways several minutes late. And if i choose to begin walking to my destination based on Ctran's horrifically bad communication, I end up missing my bus. And of course it's the drivers who end up taking the blame, who are usually not at fault. It honestly feels like they get worse and worse every day. Fix yourself, Ctran. You're becoming absolutely useless.

The WES Commuter Train stops here on its way to Wilsonville in one direction and Beaverton Transit Center in the other direction with stops in Tigard and at the Hall/ Nimbus WES Station before reaching Beaverton. The WES Commuter Train only runs Monday through Friday and only during commute times. The trains are very comfortable with plush cushioned seats. There is a steward on board. This WES station always feels safe and appears clean. There are lots of dining and shopping establishments in the area.

As a new business owner, I have utilized this station a few times and don't regret it at all. I work in Lake Oswego&Clackamas and once I get to the train station by car and step on the the waiting area a WES train or TriMet Bus arrives right on time, possibly in a matter of 20 seconds give or take. It's the perfect solution to being congested on a freeway full of brake lights. Parking can fill up fast but I'm not too concerned because there's plenty of other spaces nearby that are open for use. My friends and I both stay in the Tualatin area and this is our way to go. 90% of the time it's pretty quiet here with the exception of a train horn or bus engine. It's also really safe here. I've came to this station multiple times and a TriMet cop is already nearby. I can't get anything better than this in California. The station feels like home because most people that wait with me are regulars. This is why I not only like Tualatin but the station as well.
