    This will be a long review with mixed feelings, First, the staff was all friendly, they seemed to…read morebe understanding and helpful. The day they were scheduled to come out and install the electric, I asked them if anyone had called and scheduled 811 to come out and mark, I did not see any markings on the ground. The person I spoke to said "I actually asked that question last night", yet no one called me to confirm. I called the office and was told that ultimately we would need to re-0schedule the job until 811 could perform the utilities check. No problem... I had a hot tub being delivered on the same day that they said they could come out, which is what the job was for, I asked if I needed to change the date of delivery for the tub due to them needing a day to do the job, I was told "no, they have a work around to get it running", sounded good, so I proceeded with the schedule. The day of the install, the first problem they had was the trencher, it apparently stopped worked with only about 3 feet left to go, they promptly called the place they rented it from and they were on the way with a replacement. Once the company arrived, no one really took the trencher away and just brought in the other one to start working, I called a manager, John, who called them and got the ball rolling to switch out trenchers so it could start moving forward again... later I was told the reason the other trencher hadn't moved for an hour is because it was stuck in the ground, trencher is not Freedom Electrics fault, which I agree; but it was a delay. They also were not aware that they had to hook up the 15' whip that goes to the hot tub, however, that was cleared up later. The project person for that day told me that the company had not given him some supplies and he needed to run to Home Depot to get them, the closest one to me is about 5 minutes away, the entire crew left and came back over an hour later.. another delay. My hot tub people were starting to let me know that if they didn't have it done by a certain time, they would have to leave and not be back for several days. When I saw the electric crew again I advised them of this and they said they would do their best. They ultimately got the electric ran temporarily to allow setup, the hot tub people wired everything up and... no power.... The electric people had wired the disconnect box wrong and had a neutral in the wrong spot, delay.. but easy fix. The end of the job, clean-up and filling in the trench.. the next day it rained and I had a whole new trench because they didn't fill it in correctly and did not mound the dirt. Dallas came out Monday to finish up some other stuff and took care of that, admitting fault on behalf of his crew and that they should have known better. All in all, for the price, the job was done and everything works as it should. We were able to complete the job on the day of. I am not happy about the lack of preparedness. I was also told (or it was mentioned) that the trenching company should "make it right"; if they did, I never saw a refund for that rented equipment, which I did ask about, only to have my calls not returned. We won't use this company for any future jobs, they seemed annoyed by my complaint, and obviously not returning my calls speaks volumes.

First off the sized our furnace too big for our home. They sold us a unit to cool and heat 3000sq feet, and our home is half that size. September was when I started ill with headaches and respiratory issues. I needed a lung biopsy. Biopsy showed no bacterial of fungal infection. Doctor said it was air contaminates causing my breathing problems. That was October. Christmas rolls around and I'm still ill. April we call someone to look at our water heater he informed me their is a gas leak in the basement coming from he HVAC system. I called Mister Quick immediately, Nick informed me that when the HVAC system was installed it was installed improperly. It was leaking gas in 4 different locations from the gas pipe to the furnace. He spent 3 hours repairing the installers mess ups. I immediately started feeling better. The facial swelling and headache went away. 9 days free from a gas leak in my home and I'm feeling much better. My husband said our home could have blown up and that's also what the gas company told me when I reported Mister Quick. I live in Brown County and from now on when we get anything new added to our home we are going with a local company that has our best interest in mind.

He turned a $2500.00 job into a $14,000 job by convincing us it was the only way to restore power. After checking with the local electrical inspectors office and our insurance company, it was clear they had scammed us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It was clear the guy did this all the time. He had it down. Responding to Mr Sparky's response. Your estimator never provided a quote to simply reconnect our electric service. Why? Because your employee lied. He didn't educate us, he lied to us. He said there is no way a simple reconnect would be approved. That was a lie. Since then you have sued us and included a bad check fee of $17,000 because your staff bullied my wife and children. I have all the emails and proof. We were in a vulnerable situation and your employee took advantage of us. His name is Brett Gamble. We have all the emails and proof. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY BUSINESS.
