I put this review on Google and thought I'd put it here also…read more.. Dropped off a few sets of bed-sheets on Saturday, my first visit, and gotta say they will do more of my laundry. Bianca, hope I spelled it right, was just a gem! Very pleasant and helpful in explaining my options and when they would be ready. WOW, excellent service and laundry was better than I could do it. Lots of cars in the parking lot, and still plenty of washers/dryers available for DIYers. Even though my drive will take me 35minutes one-way, I am going to make it a habit to do all of my laundry at ELC! Now I go there every week! (not in my other review) Well Done!

I called Mr. Appliance for help with a Viking refrigerator that would not stop leaking. They were…read morethe ONLY company available to service my appliance in the area. And they were able to make me an appointment within 2 days!! First and foremost the fact that they don't try to rip you off with a service/diagnostic/travel fee is amazing. Their fee is $99 and if you have the item repaired by them they take that fee off your final cost of repair. I received excellent communication before they even began service. Larry, the owner, called the day before to verify details of the services needed and who would be coming. On the day of service I received a text with my service technicians name and info as well as a photo of him. The service techs Eric and Jared arrived on time, wore masks and booties as well as used rugs to keep the areas clean. They were very thorough with inspecting my appliance and making recommendations as well as researching options. I am very pleased with the service I have received so far and will not hesitate to use them in the future for my other appliances!
