First, he insisted on an on site visit to give me a quote (the other guy didn't). Second, he got started when he said he would (not exactly common in this industry, unfortunalty), and lastly, he had multiple pulse points throughout the job to make sure he was giving me the product I expected. Oh, and the clean up after the work was done beat what I would do for my own yard projects. Scope of work had three jobs; a basic hedge trimming, removal of a broken tree branch, and a massive pruning of a large hedge on the side of my house.
