I filed a damage claim, but the company denied responsibility, saying the scratches were "inconsistent with the application of the tunnel." They provided no clear evidence to support that conclusion. As a customer, I am extremely disappointed. Not only did I pay for a service that damaged my vehicle, but I was also denied accountability. I will not be returning here, as I cannot risk further damage to my car. I am requesting a full refund for the wash and will escalate this matter if necessary.
