Scheduling was disorganized, with multiple changes and reschedules that caused unnecessary disruption to our home and family routine. When you are replacing flooring, timing matters -- and we did not feel that our time was respected. The initial installation required correction, which added further inconvenience. After issues were addressed and a balance adjustment was agreed upon, Cy contacted my wife directly requesting additional personal payment through Zelle/Venmo. This was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Payment matters should go through proper company channels -- not personal payment apps. Overall, we did not feel that the level of care, professionalism, or customer consideration matched what we paid for. We expect contractors to communicate clearly, honor scheduling commitments, stand behind their work properly, and handle disputes professionally. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

Steve, the father, is extraordinarily nice and loves the aesthetics of flooring. His kids Kevin and Jason are now taking over the business. They are a bit gruffer, but they get the job done and try their best to make things work for the customer. Once, when we provided the materials for an install, we forgot the quarter rounds and transitions but they took care of that without adding a charge.
