My father died of colon cancer and carcinomatosis only 3 and a half months after being diagnosed. We were very eager to get out of the house he died in and move my mother to Nashville to be with me. When first speaking with the men at CSSI we were told there would be a 3 week to 1 month wait. Upon explaining our situation and our need to be out of this house, they made arrangements to help us immediately. Not only were they very sensitive to our situation, they really came through for us. The people at CSSI are genuinely good people. They care and it shows. Lee is the upstanding man we worked with and he got our hardwood ready in a week so we would be ready to move in by our move in date. The house is beautiful and they did an absolutely amazing job. We consider Lee a friend now, he really went above and beyond. Below I have attached before pictures of the carpet and after photos of the wood.

Originally, the price was $2000-$3000 and he kept asking about homeowners insurance. I told him I wasn't filing it on homeowners ins and suddenly the price came down to $635. hmmm.... price gouging much? So, I hire them. The first contractor comes out to my house and, quite literally, ripped up the particle board. We're talking about jagged edges everywhere that you couldn't even get to with a saw. The next day, a different contractor comes out, who is not happy to see this mess. So, he does his best (minimally) to correct it. The third day, they bring in another guy to help them. We're now on the 4th day. There are 3" jagged spaces between the cut particle board and the ripped out part, which they say they'll patch. By all accounts, when the first guy messed it up, they should have pulled the cabinets and replaced what he messed up, but instead, they'd rather patch and go the cheap route. I should also mention that they shattered my oven door when moving the stove and tried to get out of paying for it. I ended up splitting it with them, but I am not pleased

I'm currently a month and a half waiting for one reason or another for them to finish the furthermore of the baseboards and the door trim they installed was done poorly. This is coming from someone who has installed,baseboards ,trim doors ,drywall , the whole gambit. when I pay to have somebody do something I can do myself. It is due constraints I think they can do a better job than me. I know I can do a better job than them. I know a good installer could've done a better job than they did.
