The reason I'm leaving a one star review is not because the guy who helped us out. They were awesome, but it was because of their boss. I believe his name was David if I can remember that correctly, but, while we are waiting to get our rental, the kid who was taking care of us, was stopped by his boss, David, and for some reason, his boss just started yelling at him and the way he was speaking to him was disgusting. He kept telling the kid he was lazy and kept threatening his job, he had called the kid a hippie and told him to take off his bandanna because they don't take kindly to people like that. It just didn't seem fair. it was mind-boggling. how someone could treat his staff like that. Whoever thought hiring someone like that to run, their establishment is insane, I hope the kid quits and find somewhere else that will actually respect their staff. I will not be giving my business to Sunbelt anymore if this is how they will be running things.

Heading into the store to pick up the machine, same great customer service! All reps were wonderful to work with, a positive attitude and just delightful to deal with. They helped us load it and even went thru step my step on how to handle the machine. We were extremely happy with doing business with them! We even went back the next day and rented a Skid Steerer. We needed to replace our back door to our home. Thomas Lumber Co. measured the doorway incorrectly…read moreby 3 inches. They said they could cut 3 inches off the top of the door so that it would fit (cosmetically, this was not an option). This resulted in several hours of extra labor and hundreds of dollars to cut into our home to accommodate the bigger door. They didn't offer a discount for this mistake. I cannot recommend this company, both from a customer service aspect and a simple measuring aspect.

We'd experienced a tornado at our home and had a significant amount of work to be completed repairing our front porch including the flooring, posts/handrails/balusters. We live about 60 miles away but would definitely drive there and would certainly recommend them.

Their products were cheaper than an earlier competitor we had just stopped in to see. There is something to be said about the family business and Quality Floor Covering does it right. They saved us around $1000 in materials and installation. Carpet was installed today with the pet padding and it is so much nicer than we could have seen with the sample provided. The estimator was super nice, courteous, friendly, forthright, and on time. Carpet padding had to be ordered and it arrived early and installation happened today. The installers were great! They were on time, quick with removal and extremely detailed in their installation. Our carpet is FABULOUS! We are beyond pleased with our investment and if we move to another home or have one built - Quality Floor Coverings will be doing the installation. Period. None of the big box stores could come close, none of the competitors we received quotes from could match their perfect marriage of quality and value. THE BEST IN CLARKSVILLE!
