I was down on myself and life in general. From day one I received all the support, care, and love I needed to pick myself up, dust myself off and get back in the game of life. We go to the beach 3 times a week, we kayak, we go to A.A. and N.A. meetings, we workout with our personal trainer Mike who will get you into shape real quick! We cookout, we fish, we layout by the pool, we go on nature walks or have adventure therapy 3 times a week! Milton is not just a treatment center.
