I highly recommend this incredible practitioner and human being. With Kathy's guidance and expertise, I was able to have the VBAC I was seeking. She advocated for me consistently and coordinated with everyone at the birth. Kathy has a quiet authority respected by the hospital staff, a firmness that always felt compassionate and empowering to me. When she said 'push,' I trusted her. Kathy communicated with my Doulas consistently for the the first phase of my labor, for many hours throughout the night, before I ever set foot in the hospital. She fielded their questions and guided us into that sweet spot between not staying at home too late and not getting to the hospital too early. We arrived at the perfect time, thanks to her! Thank you, Kathy, for safely delivering both of my children, and for being such an awesome midwife!

She took the time to answer my questions and was empathic to my concerns when I told her I had a previous miscarriage. I was in Florida for work and she was able to see me next day. The office is small, but it only means a higher quality of service. Not only did Kathy run all the necessary tests and answer all my questions, she followed up with me on all updates via text. She is amazing. Seriously, if I can have her in nyc - she would put a shame to all other establishment.

Doctor Riley is outstanding, and if I didn't like her I would look for another physician. The…read moresupport staff leaves a lot to be desired. I had what I thought was my two year checkup because I was notified by OBGYN via text telling me it was time to make my routine appointment. When I called to make the appointment, I was told that it was too early to book, and that I should call back in two months. When I called two months later I was given an appointment for two weeks later. On the same day, I called and left a message for Dr Riley's PA to renew my script for HRT cream and I included the script # along with the pharmacy phone number. Since my prescription had no refills left, and my HRT cream container had broken, I did not expect an issue refilling the script before my appointment in two weeks time. Doctor Riley's PA called about the HRT cream informing me that Doctor Riley would not renew my prescription until she saw me first. When i explained that my appointment was not for two more weeks and that I was concerned about the side affects I would have in not applying the cream daily as prescribed, the assistant said that Doctor Riley will not renew the script until I was seen. She said that the HRT cream that I was using was never prescribed to me by Doctor Riley. I told her that I didn't call in the prescription. She' was, in my opinion, very unpleasant and was clearly not wanting to be bothered with trying to help straighten out the mess. After all of this. I received a bill for The office visit. As a Medicare patient you are entitled to free wellness visits every two years, so I've never had to pay and did not expect to get a bill. However, I did receive a bill for the visit. I called the billing department and was told that because I made the appointment before the two years that Medicare would cover, Medicare denied the claim. I told the billing department that I made the appointment based on their notification they sent to me. Her reply was that it was my responsibility to know when the two years had passed before making my appointment. I said I received notification from you to make the appointment twice. My problem is that I was out of script refills and I couldn't speak with the Doctor to get the refill. Now I'm responsible for a bill that I would not have if it were not for mistakes made by the staff of OBGYN of the Palm Beaches. When I asked the PA to check with the doctor again, her answer was no, it was confirmed by doctor Riley not to renew till seen. . She said Doctor Riley had never given me that script and would not renew until I was seen. I said I'm not crazy, I did not call the pharmacy and call in my own prescription. She said they had no record of the prescription that I was using and refused the refill. The same day, I went to Gardens pharmacy and had them fix the cream HRT container that I dropped so that I could at least have a few more days of the cream before my appointment. While I was at the pharmacy, I asked the pharmacist the date and the name of the Doctor that called in the script for me and she said it was Doctor Riley's office.

I made a second appointment and she did the same thing to me. I was in the exam room FREEZING for 45 minutes. So again, I got dressed and left. Unless you anticipate a completely routine pregnancy with zero complications, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for care. My wife and I, unfortunately, experienced a miscarriage, and this was the OB practice we had chosen. Despite the fact that there are eight doctors affiliated with this office, we found it incredibly difficult to speak with even one of them. After returning for follow-up bloodwork, we specifically requested to speak with a doctor -- as we had not spoken with one at any point during our time as patients. The front office staff assured us a physician would reach out to discuss the results and answer our questions. That call never came. When we followed up again, we were told by a nurse assistant that if we wanted to speak with a doctor, we could come in again for more bloodwork, and maybe the following week a doctor could speak with us. If we wanted to speak with a doctor -- after a miscarriage. The lack of communication, compassion, and basic availability from this practice was staggering. We were grieving, confused, and looking for guidance -- and not a single physician made themselves available. This review is not written out of anger, but out of a sincere desire to warn others. If you're looking for responsive, empathetic, and competent care -- especially during emotionally vulnerable experiences -- I urge you to consider other options.

Every visit has been an opportunity that Dr. Fishman took to answer all questions, inform me adequately of critical information, encourage/ reassure and uplift me, and he is a brilliant surgeon! Dr. Fishman is so genuine and kind- he is just the best doctor anyone could hope for and he exceeds all of my expectations!! Dr. Fisherman is also a very effective communicator and ensures that he relays the most poignant information that the patient is going to need. Dr. De Leo is also superb and phenomenal. I will never ever forget her kindness as she truly went above and beyond and out of her way to help me in the hospital!! It is obvious that Dr. Fishman truly loves his patients and loves what he does- Dr De Leo too! Please ensure they they receive a bonus, a raise or some sort of commendation for the care they provide at such a critical time in womens' lives. Please know that you really have a gold mine in these unparalleled physicians!! I write this with tears in my eyes as I am beyond grateful!! I will never in my life forget Dr. Fishman and Dr. De Leo as well. Now regarding the office: the staff are all very nice, there is always ample parking, and the wait times are generally not long. The bathrooms are always clean too and likewise the exam rooms. The phone staff for appointments are also professional and helpful and there are no long, wait times on the phone. There is also a very efficient process for filling out forms online prior to the visit as well! I am very selective and particular about medical care being in the medical field myself, but I can say that without any reservation whatsoever, I highly recommend this practice to all!!

My wife had an IUD placed on February 3rd, and at her two-week follow-up appointment, we were told it had been inserted incorrectly and would need to be removed. Since the procedure, she has experienced ongoing bleeding, cramping, and significant pain. We were given two options for removal, either in-office with laughing gas or at the hospital under full anesthesia, both requiring a camera-guided procedure. We were told to take time to consider and simply call back to schedule when ready. When we did call back, the office claimed to have no record of this plan. We requested a call from the doctor to clarify, which never happened. Over the next three weeks, we made multiple attempts to get answers and schedule the necessary procedure, all without success. It was only after escalating the situation to the office manager and expressing serious concern about pursuing legal action, that we finally received a callback. Within 10 minutes, they were suddenly able to schedule an appointment. However, we were then told the earliest available slot is still a week away. Given the ongoing pain and complications my wife is experiencing, being asked to wait even longer is unacceptable. The lack of communication, poor record-keeping, and delay in care have been extremely disappointing. Patients dealing with complications deserve timely, responsive, and attentive care, this experience has been the opposite.

June 2026. My experience attempting to secure a diagnostic assessment for an injury-related pelvic…read morefloor condition at OBGYN Specialists of the Palm Beaches was defined by administrative barriers to care. Despite clearly relaying the need for a physician-led evaluation of my pelvic anatomy following a recent fall, intake staff insisted on routing me into a follow-up--a category that did not align with my medical needs--and prioritized scheduling with a nurse over a specialist. My insurance provides 100% reimbursement with two dual private policies, no copay, and no referral required to see a specialist. I even offered self pay. After more than 30 minutes navigating these obstacles by phone, it became clear that the practice prioritizes internal billing categories over clinical necessity. I was repeatedly told that the office of urogynecologist at OBGYN Specialists of the Palm Beaches only books urology appointments for urogynecologists for bladder or incontinence issues, and that the urogynecologist is booked until November unless the patient presents with one of those issues. When I asked whether the doctor was aware of this restriction, I was met with a wall of hostility. It is evident that the information provided to me by the staff was inconsistent and directly contradicted by the supervisor. This inconsistency suggests the intake process is not governed by fixed medical criteria, but rather by arbitrary gatekeeping. This is a clear case of administrative gatekeeping that prioritizes internal scheduling rules, billing categories, and convenience over clinical appropriateness. Directing a patient with a complex, undiagnosed, injury-related pelvic/gluteal condition (no complete pelvic floor exam yet, history of trauma, straight to a nurse practitioner while restricting urogynecology access to narrow urinary/incontinence cases is poor medicine. It creates unnecessary delay, risks missing key diagnostics, and the inconsistency plus hostility when challenged points to defensiveness rather than patient-centered care. In a community like Palm Beach County, this is indeed alarming and erodes trust in the system. It is alarming that this is going on in the community of Palm Beach County. This practice may be in violation of HIPAA regulations regarding a patient's right to access care and Florida Patient Rights regarding appropriate medical information, as the administrative refusal to facilitate necessary clinical evaluation effectively obstructs care.
