They are very helpful, sometimes not the best attitudes as front office or assistants, but doctor is nice and has some jokes. Just started coming here and it's not too bad if your going just for regular visit. Have not explored out to see other care. Hope to continue with care here. I have not had any bad care experience. Other then phones not being answered. Not sure if that has changed. They are way better then Ben archered for sure though. read more

This clinic strives for excellence , the providers are well trained professionals. The office staff is so helpful , I consider them part of my personal emotional support circle. Bad Dr and office staff. They don't follow threw with patient problems. Don't expect office to follow up on cancer drs for you . Or even to call you back. Or get paper work to another Dr., if you change . They just don't care. If they do get paper work , your new Dr. Has to call them, what a joke!! read more

Don't do business here. Search for doctors anywhere else: This place is very unprofessional. My father is the director of the local hospital here in Deming and he agrees, this place has bad business practices. Upon moving here and first visiting, the doc prescribed insulin as i needed, but didnt prescribe any utensils to use it (syringes, pens, ect.). Maybe he's new to diabetic patients? Had to visit a second time for a 'woopsy' excuse. Ok, people make mistakes i guess. But the worst are the reps that run the office. They spelled my first and last name wrong without even clarifying it like they should have. This caused issues trying to pick up prescriptions as the name didn't match my ID. I called to correct it only to find it didn't get corrected.. I spoke with a head pharmacist that was able to fix it at Walgreens. Upon ordering refills, they claimed to have sent the order in only to find that the pharmacy never recieved anything.. The last straws was when i made the appointment to get the utensils and when the day of the appointment came, i went in only to be told i don't have one and the doc wasnt even in that day... What!? And upon recieving a bill in the mail with the wrong name (of course) for bloodwork i got done there. They never sent it to my insurance provider.. I visited them to have this fixed and they said they'll get back to me in a few days. I had to call them after a couple weeks and they informed me that I 'have a $0 balance and shouldn't have to worry about it'. Sure enough, I recieved another bill due to them not doing anything about it. LAZY! read more
