What luck, because I found a talented physiotherapist, Jason Gallant, who helped me tremendously with my recovery and rehabilitation from a painful knee injury. Jason compassionately answered all of my questions, treated my knee with massage, manipulation and laser treatment, then provided me with strengthening exercises to speed up my recovery. After each visit, I would receive an email with descriptions and visuals of two additional exercises that I had learned at the clinic, to add to my routine.
