Joe was so incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely excited to help. He carefully cut off my stuck ring, gave me a very reasonable quote to repair it, and then spent so much time talking through ideas for my grandmother's ring. We bounced around different designs until we landed on the most beautiful custom wedding band! I never could have imagined that a ring sitting untouched for all these years could become something so gorgeous. The best part? Just 10 days later, Joe called to say everything was ready. We picked up my rings today, and I honestly don't even have the words. My sentimental ring looks absolutely brand new, and my custom wedding band completely exceeded every expectation I had. The craftsmanship is just incredible. It looks like it's always been part of my engagement ring. What meant the most to me was how personal the entire experience felt. Joe never made us feel rushed.
