I also tried the cheese bread as our hosts were really excited about it. Also good and apparently a staple for Köksbaren. The tone of the restaurant made me feel like I walked into a really big kitchen and sat down at Grandma's table for a meal. I liked it. Really cozy and inviting. I understand their card system (you get a chip card upon entering, and this is what you use to order and pay your check at the end of your meal). What I didn't understand is why not a single staff member seemed bothered about the customers. You have to go up to the cooks yourself to order and get your own water, which is fine, but when you're sitting for an hour, very hungry, and no one cares, it's hard to be forgiving toward the service (or lack thereof).
