Heard about this place through a tik tok video for PR naming locations to eat at. We drove past this place many times and never noticed it. It bit hidden from the road but there is a sign. Brunch was perfect! So fresh and delicious. Farm to table location and it shows. You taste the freshness in every bite. Omelette was cooked perfectly and the meat in the omelette was delicious. Fresh cof and delicious squeezed juices as beverage. The watermelon juice so on point. Best part of the entire meal.....pumpkin pancakes! We did not make reservations, so we had to wait about 15 mins for a table inside for a party of 5.. They had outdoor seating available and no wait, but we wanted to be inside with the air-conditioning because it was a hot day... Everything at this place is organic and it is farm to table.. So they make everything... Depending on the season is what they offer, so the menu changes... We ordered a few different types and everything was delicious... Popped into Mimosa following snorkeling and other beach related activities. We did not have a reservation but they were able to accommodate our party quickly. The menu is very fresh with some wonderful options that were completely unexpected. The overall vibe was different than most of the spots we were in while visiting Puerto Rico. We came here because the reviews and photos of the coffee. I am a coffee connoisseur snob, so the latte today was bit disappointing for me. The flavor of the coffee is on the sweet and chocolate side. But the milk was sad. The waiter was nice enough to swap omelette to vegetarian style for me. We haven't had oil for a week, and I could taste that grease. I think the locals are used to fried food so maybe this is normal. This place is very good! I went there with my sister two days in a row on a short vacation to the western part of PR and it did not disappoint either time. First, I have to start with the service, both times it was phenomenal! Even the kitchen staff was great and so nice! Now, for the menu, we had the Meat Lovers skillet, it was very good, I really like that everything was fresh and you could tell after the first bite! We had a couple mimosas, coffee (so well-made that we didn't even need to add sugar, it was so smooth), we also had the pumpkin pancakes, the Sweet Sunshine platter, Huevos Rancheros, the brownies, the bread pudding, and the mezcal mule! They were all delicious and the portions were very generous. The chef uses locally-sourced ingredients from their own and other local farms and you can tell that not only are the ingredients great, but the chef does a great job at reimagining traditional dishes with these fresh ingredients. I would recommend this place without a doubt, take a moment to look at their cocktail menu, it's also interesting, they make their mixers and garnishes out of fresh items too! Must-try! read more
