I booked the single room as the wife was away in the US and it was much cheaper than the doubles. It was a very small room and had a single bed and an en-suite bathroom, which was fine for me. The breakfast was served between 8:30 and 9:30 and each room is allocated its own table. I liked that you could choose the ingredients you wanted in the cooked breakfast and there also seemed to be unlimited toast. The owners were very accommodating and set up an ironing board in the communal sitting room for us all to iron our wedding clothes. The Guest House was a 10 minute walk away from the sea front and would make an ideal base to explore the Jurassic coast from. The double rooms are very spacious so I would stay here with the wife if we were in the area in future.

We were shown to our room which was beautifly presented, clean and welcoming. The hospitality tray was well stocked with a good selection of tea's, coffee and biscuits. Wonderfully soft towels, gorgeous powerful shower, shower gel and body lotion, hairdryer, clock/radio alarm, freeview TV and blackout curtains. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the room was quiet. The next day we were presented with the most delicious breakfast, freshly cooked and all ready waiting for us fabulous!!!
