She said yes and that I would have to go through AirBnB to get the refund. So I cancelled it as she already approved. AirBnB tells me she has denied the refund multiple times, she says AirBnB is declining it based on their refund policy. Here is the deal, I was OK with her not accepting my cancelation, I know it was non-refundable when I booked it because it was last minute. When they tell you they agree to the cancelation that is all they are talking about, not a refund. So they kept my money and I never step foot on the property. This is all within an hour. They did absolutely no work for us to stay there. ZERO refund. Sure wish I could post the screenshots of her saying she approved it and how she addressed the situation. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. I would have used the house if I knew I was not getting any money back. She claims it was an unfortunate for everyone. They got the money and an unused house, I got fully charged for a house I have never seen in person.....how is that unfortunate for them?

Frankly, cheap $50 hotels don't ask you to take out the trash when you leave, and a $200 night hotel comes in and cleans each day....I've rented vacation houses before, and I've never been told I'd be charged if I didn't do the list of tasks before I leave. The list is as follows: Gather all bathroom towels, turn a/c to 80 degrees, turn off all lights, clean up lake side and fire pit, take out trash. We won't even mention the fact there's no cell phone reception and NO INTERNET in this house that was $200 a night. Be warned, this rental company WILL charge you if, after paying a healthy sum of money for the rental, you don't do the list of chores they give you before you leave. I have a copy of the contract if anyone wants to see their policies, should they dispute my complaint. I won't be renting from them again.

When we got to the hotel we were asked if we were there about the timeshare presentation and taken to a back conference room. The person making the appointment represented they were with Wyndham, when I inquired they said No, they were a 3rd party who wanted to make sure we knew about timeshares and disclosures. I said we had already been to one of these a year ago, he asked where and I said at a restaurant. The man told us that wasn't possible because they don't do them in restaurants, they hold them in hotels. First, they would need personal information. Don't misrepresent what you are calling about to get me to come see you, then don't tell me I haven't seen your company before when clearly there are a number of reviews where you offered dinner at restaurants. When you start off lying, I can only assume everything else you say is a lie! They blamed it on the marketing company making appointments for them. I'm sure they are paying the marketing company. We left no dinner, no tablet, no gift certificate! Don't waste your time!

I met with Allied Solution Group back in March of this year, 2018. Without too much detail, I inherited a timeshare from my mom quite a few years back. The maintenance fee was over $1000 a year and I've never been able to use the thing. I met with a great young lady who taught me a lot about what I had, but I knew I didn't want it and thought I was locked into this thing forever. I am beyond thankful for them as they were able to actually help me get out of my timeshare. I write this review now because I recently just got notification that I am 100% free and clear of that timeshare. I would recommend your company to anyone, thank you!

If it was a time share presentation we might have gone; we've met some interesting presenters. We've also met some we didn't like, but you get that anywhere. If you read the requirements carefully, save everything, record dates and phone conversations, you shouldn't get stung... unless you are dealing with actual crooks (that is what sites like Yelp are for). We were scheduled for a presentation at a Williamsburg site when hurricane Sandy struck the east coast. That was ETTSI, and they handled the necessary one day cancellation, rescheduled without complaining about the short notice and refunded our initial deposit (that took a letter to speed things along). Vacation Services of America sounds like a little too much trouble, even for me. So I am steering clear of them; I just tossed the invitation in the trash. Be careful what you write in reviews on sites like Yelp. If Vacation Services of America has serious complaints they may also have lawyers. The one star is for the deceptive letter; we're told we qualify but I expect many questions before we actually qualify; an award which I suspect has many requirements is no award. It is highly doubtful that "previous attempts to reach you" is genuine. We do have a caller ID which records any calls; email is easily verifiable and we haven't had a piece of mail lost in, oh lets see... never.

Our stay here at the Little House on the 12th Hole, though only for one night, was extraordinary. The home carried a warmth and character that no hotel could ever truly replicate. Everything felt thoughtful, comfortable, and inviting, with a level of peace that immediately made the choice feel like the right one. It was well worth the money, and in truth, far beyond what ordinary accommodations usually offer. There is something to be said for a place that not only meets expectations, but quietly exceeds them without effort.
