I went here today. Have been a couple of times and been happy. I am/have been rather disorganised and am a typical walk-in kind of client. Today was a lesson learned. My poor eyelids are burned from my eyebrow wax. I never thought I would write a bad review on here but it has to be stated so others do not make the error I made today. From now on I will plan, book and go to a trusted waxing service rather than rely on randomness. I'm sorry Mina, not good. Customer service is APPALLING here! The lady that I dealt with was extremely rude and obnoxious. My hour treatment only went for 40 minutes and I was told it just didn't take as long. I believe she owns the place and her name is in the shop name... There were moments in the treatment where she left the room and I could hear her telling off one of the staff. She was very aggressive and talked down on the poor girl. Would not consider going back here unless it was to tell this lady off! read more

One of the worst experiences I've ever had, first my eye brow wax was a disaster, I walked out with 2 different looking brows.The technician was not friendly or gentle and seems to be in a hurry to get me out. I will never return or recommend anyone to go to this salon again. read more

Awful people and place. Unprofessional. The beauty treatment offered is not worth the money.

I called up to make an appointment and was told I could come in at 2pm-perfect. Except when I arrived the lady on the front desk questioned me and asked me if I had spoken to someone and who it was. It seems Mina did not put my appointment in the book. I was happy to wait. However the staff member who greeted me at the front desk approached me again about 15 minutes later, rolled her eyes and confirmed (for the second time) what my appointment was for. I indicated I was happy to go elsewhere at this point and the staff member assured me that it was fine. Another 5 or so minutes later the staff member approached me again and started saying she had another appointment coming in shortly and she wasn't sure if I would be seen. At this point I grabbed my belongings and left. I ended up going to endota point cook where I was treated with respect and not like an inconvenience as I had felt at mina. Never again will I go to mina or recommend this place to anyone. read more
