I suppose the idea behind that is, customers have already chosen what they want, so they're going to wait as long as they need to. WRONG!! The number of times I have left behind a full cart and walked out because the lineup was ridiculously long - well, it's more than the number of times I have actually waited and paid. It's one thing if you don't have the staff. It's quite another if you have more than enough staff, but you just don't think customer service is where they are needed. I'd love to do a study on just how much the company loses weekly due to this practice.

They have really fair prices for a lot of smaller items. They have super cute bags as well. They have a jewelry section too. They have cute decorative items for your home and thise awesome salt lamps. One of my photos displays the amazing decorative wall pieces as well. I purchased a beautiful Amethyst piece and this other beautiful rainbow type of crystal. I forgot what the name was for it, but it was located in a locked glass with a bunch of other crystals that were more expensive. There are so many unique and beautiful finds in this store. I feel so happy walking into the store. The store workers are super helpful and kind as well. They fully wrapped my purchases. You can purchase with a card if you are from U.S and it will convert for you afterwards. We will definetely be back!

I always stop here when I have to go to devonshire. They have a nice selection of candles, weird…read morenovelty gifts, wizard statues, incense, and swords. I buy most of my beeswax candles from here (whenever I can't get them online). The employees are really friendly! Lots of things you can't find anywhere else.
