I've been going there for several months. Dr. Lin was very, very nice and professional. However,…read morehe left and I haven't met with my new doctor yet. I always get in quickly, and the front desk is very profession and friendly.

They sent me 13 pages of forms to fill out, some of which were clearly meant for the doctor, not the patient, to complete. Some I was asked to sign for things that I wouldn't know about until after the appointment, such as agreeing to a treatment plan. Well, I have ADHD, and completing things like this is exactly what I can't do and need help for. They cancelled my appointment. It took me a couple of weeks, but I filled in the 13 pages of forms as best I could, scanned them all, and emailed them. Then they called me and left a message stating that the original appointment was cancelled (like I didn't know that - it was weeks ago) and that they could see me next week and for me to call back. I called back and their phone tree told me to leave a message and that they preferred for me to use the online form to request appointments. I went and filled out THAT form. The EMAILED me back telling me to call the number I already called. This time, ignoring the phone tree, I was able to get in touch with a real person. She said, "Hold a second" and then hung up on me. There are no words to express how frustrated and angry I am. I see now that there are many poor reviews for this office. People who ask for help should not be subjected to this kind of treatment. It is unconscionable.

I started going to Dr. Collins in September 2017 due to a life changing event. Even though she…read morewasnt covered by my insurance i still chose to go with her because she simplified the process for me. She helped me with finding the proper medication, helped me take time off of work, and then helped me get back to work. 4 months after returning to work, i decided to slowly take myself off the medicine and i did that because i felt i got a better control of things. 5th month into no medication, i felt like i made a mistake and need to get back on it. So, i called 3 times last week and left a message, and never got a call back from Debbie. I called 3 times today, back to back, because i got a feeling she was screening my calls, third time she answered and i simply asked her to schedule an appointment. In a very sarcastic tone, she said 'oh you havent been here for 8 months!' I was no! Its been like 4 months but obviously she didnt believe me and had to check the date of the last visit. Turns out, its been 5 months i had not seen dr. Collins. After that, she kept telling me dr. Collins wont help me with getting another leave from work and thats something she did only for me, but i never expressed that im looking to take another leave from work. I made that very clear to debbie that im not looking to take time off from work and I legitimately need dr. Collins help but it seemed like Debbie was upset i had not seen dr. Collins for all these months and she was taking a revenge by not scheduling an appointment!? I ve never had a bad experience with dr. Collins her self. Shes amazing and very patient with the process and helped me stabilize myself. Sadly, i have decided i will not go with her anymore solely because of how Debbie spoke on the phone with me. Dr. Collins, please train your staff on how to speak to people who are mentally unstable because im sure you dont want your patients to do something drastic that Debbie may regret. You are a PSYCHIATRIST! Your staff cannot be talking to your patients like that! If dr. Collins ever gets rid of Debbie, ill gladly go back!

Hospitalized following an anxiety attack and Dr. Collins conferred with the hospital doc and was kind enough to share her professional opinion with me and help me get better access to information. A + in my book. I have recommended her to friends and will continue to do so.
