Dr. Hayley Nguyen is still the best! She's super thorough and caring. I've never had to wait long for my visit. She has blood draws in office also so no traveling to another location to get that done. She uses a portal after the visit to communicate results and next steps. I especially like that during her visit with you, she really takes the time to listen. It doesn't feel like she's just wanting to get you in and out to move onto the next. Her notes are super thorough as well! I had a gap in coverage due to being laid off and when I came back in, she just picked right back up where we started. I highly recommend still! Dr. Nguyen is an absolute delight. Her bedside manner is unmatched and she goes out of her way to understand what your needs are and to develop an appropriate treatment plan. As a new patient, I was able to get an appointment next day! As someone who works in the healthcare space, this is virtually unheard of. It took me years to commit to a good PCP. I mostly relied on last minute trips to the CVS Minute Clinic. Thankfully, after years of stalking Dr. Nguyen's glowing reviews, I made her my PCP about two years ago. She's fast, listens, documents everything, is great at followup emails through their portal system, and quick to return phone calls. Office is a bit chilly - as to be expected - so bring a sweater. TV, mags, valet parking (complimentary) and some street parking. Wait time happens. And I've been able to see her for non-trauma emergencies; just as the front desk for a walk-in appointment if available. I've recommended all of my friends and family to her. Prior to seeing Dr. Nguyen, I have had the same primary care physician for about 20 years or so. Basically, since I moved here when I was wee. Living in the med center, and Pearland, driving back and forth to Tomball to see my doctor was a bit much. A friend of mine is a patient of Dr. Nguyen's, and referred me when I was searching for a new PCP. I called, and received my first appointment in less than two weeks, which in my experience is ridiculously quick as a new patient. Since that time, they have gotten me in on same day appointments consistently when the need arises. It's quite fantastic. Dr. Nguyen's office is conveniently located close to the Heights. It's nowhere near Pearland, but a quick ride from work, which is where I spend most of my awake hours. They have complimentary valet, though I never use it. I purchased a car so I could drive, not for others to do so. Nice fellas though. In all of my appointments, I never waited longer than 5 minutes for a scheduled appointments, or 15 minutes on a stand by for acute issues. The front desk staff, intake nurses, and the young ladies that take 7 vials of my life force every time I come through, are all very courteous, professional and welcoming. The clinic has very clean and bright rooms. When you first walked in, the nurse discusses your entire medical history, or any changes to it on subsequent visits. Taking detailed notes. This isn't always the case in my experience, so it is much appreciated. When Dr. Nguyen rolled in after, she recited everything I had discussed with the nurse damn near word for word. That made me happy. Their internal communication is on point, and quite detailed. In other places, it's a cursory question repeated by every provider seen. This was a welcome change for me. Dr. Nguyen spent a good 30 to 45 minutes reviewing my medical history, and medications before my exam. There was no rushing to get through and move on to the next. It was a very relaxed visit. She took her time, answered everything and gained a very satisfied patient. She's extremely knowledgeable, and very approachable. I definitely recommend her, and have done so for friends in the market for a PCP since I first saw her in 2014. Healthcare done right. Hands-down one of the best doctors that I have ever met! I was referred to Dr. Nguyen quite a few years ago by a very good friend. Dr. Nguyen is very professional, has a great bedside manner, and it is very easy to get an appointment. She definitely takes care of her patients and I appreciate the genuine care and concern that she provides with every visit. It took me 29 years to find my GP. Three totally random people directed me to Hayley Nguyen, so that seemed like a good sign. I knew at my first visit that she was the one. Dr. Nguyen is extremely caring and really focuses on getting you well fast. I've never had an issue making same-day appointments, and she has a knack for diagnosing quickly (and accurately). During my first visit, I thought I was having a stroke or something. Turned out I just had a bad muscle strain in my chest (and a bad case of overreacting lol). She hooked me up with some meds that helped heal the strain and keep me comfortable. The particular medication she prescribed super cheap for a high quantity and delivered straight to my house. My second visit was due to a cold virus and creeping sinus infection. She prescribed me a slurry of meds, plus gave me a B12 shot and steroid shot. I've come down with the same illnesses before... almost chronically. I've *never* healed up so fast. Normally I'm sick for a whole week or more. This is day two and I'm already feeling much better. Dr. Nguyen is a godsend. She makes sure to limit the number of general check-up appointments to make room for sick appointments. She goes above and beyond to get you the right medicines at the right costs. She's just so considerate. I live in Sugar Land and have no problem driving 30 minutes to the Heights to see her. read more

A couple of years ago, I needed a physical for health insurance so I did some digging and found it ridiculous that a doctor was getting such good reviews on YELP. So being the person I am, I had to go see the hype. Three years later, Dr. Nguyen's is my tried and true PCP whom I recommend to all my friends and family. Being from SW Houston, I get a lot of "why the hell do you drive that far out to see a Dr." but they don't understand the importance of having a Dr. you truly trust and actually enjoy visiting. Dr. Nguyen's always been great about examining me for whatever ailment is bothering me that day. Appointment availability has been good to me, testing results are prompt, communication is excellent, prescriptions always sent timely. I love her online portal which allows me access to all my health docs. Dr. Nguyen feels like the cool older sister who is looking out for my best interests and is not gonna be weird or judgy when I tell her things. I've worked with PCPs who are in and out of that exam room as though they're timing their laps, but I never feel that way with Dr. Nguyen. She's super sweet, excellent professional manners, and very attentive. I always feel like I'm getting excellent care from her, and I appreciate that her exams are like actual conversations as opposed to detached checklisting and charting. Speaking of charting, either her charting is super detailed or she has excellent memory bc she speaks to me during annual checkups like she just saw me last week. She seems to make an effort to get to know her patients, which I really appreciate. Overall, really enjoy having her as my PCP. She seems to be getting super popular, so if you're still able to secure her as a Dr before she is unable to accept new patients, I'd do it NOW! Highly recommend! read more

This doctor was absolutely wonderful until I realized that the office staff pretty much runs the office and the doctor. Yes, the office mgmt team will scream at you over the phone, forcefully cancel appts, and over talk you if you cite any concerns or frustrations. They don't complete requests and pretty much have a bottom line persona. In addition, you practically have to threaten to report them to the medical board to obtain a free summary of your test results. Yes, they will try to bill you for a summary of the labs that your insurance company has paid for. The doctor will not provide a summary of your test results even if you cite concern or if your results come back low or high for three consecutive years. So I would suggest that you're educated in reading your labs. Otherwise, you may need to pay out of pocket for an appointment in which she will show up late and meet with you for 15 minutes. Furthermore, the typical office visit with the vitals clerk will consist of you saying good morning to the vitals clerk and she totally disregarding you and treating you like a number. The new office staff has a very DRY and rude personality. I've been with this doctor since 2017 based on my portal info and she literally sent me a message via the portal this morning providing me with my full medical record for my "new doctor." Lol. Mind you. I never said that I was choosing another doctor lol. This goes to show that if you question your rights as a patient in Texas and are persistent with your beliefs, you will be treated as a nuisance. They are good as long as you pay and don't ask any questions. I would recommend this doctor is you're SUPER healthy and morales aren't important to you. Oh and if you have been financially THRIVING the last couple of years through this devastating pandemic economical crisis. This is my honest opinion as a long term patient. I could never stay with a doctor who doesn't trust or see the side of their long term patients over their short term, rude staff. Move forward wisely. Otherwise, she is wonderful as long as you don't create a challenge that she would actually have to look into. read more

I had been going to the same doctor for almost twenty years but since he decided to stop seeing patients I had to find a new doc. I turned to yelp and read numerous glowing reviews of Dr. Nguyen. Hoping for the best, but expecting maybe less (seriously, how great can a doctor's office be?), I called up and arranged an appointment. With my initial visit appointment set for Monday at 9am I set off for her office. Walking into a waiting room with about 6 patients waiting at 8:45 led me to believe I'd be waiting a while. Since this had been par for the course at my previous doctor I wasn't particularly upset by it. I'm accustomed to having to wait about 15 minutes past my appointment time so I figured if they beat that I'd be ok with it. Imagine my surprise when, at 8:58, they called my name and took me to the back to start my appointment. Looking good already! The nurse took me to a small side room and did the usual weight and blood pressure thing and then took me to the exam room. Within 5 minutes the doctor walked into the room. Dr. Nguyen was pleasant, attentive, and very efficient. She conducted my annual physical exam and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Once she was certain I had no further questions, and fully understood everything she had discussed with me, she took me to the in-house phlebotomist to extract a portion of my life fluid. No waiting. No fuss. The entire time I was in the office I never felt rushed. This wasn't a normal experience for me since I had always felt hurried at my previous doc. I understood afterward why this was. As I was walking out of the office to my car, I glanced at my watch to see it was only 9:35. Efficiency makes all the difference. What normally would have taken an hour or more only took 35 minutes. Even better, I had scheduled my workday to begin at 11am expecting to not be done with my exam until at least 10:30. Plenty of time to pick up coffee:) I went in expecting average. I left impressed, with enough time to unwind before work, on a Monday morning. Good stuff! read more

Called my doctor 3X to ask her a quick question. I was concerned my symptoms did not improve after 7 days i\on antibiotics. She did not call back; instead, she prescribed another antibiotic. I just wanted to understand why she was certain that's what I needed if she didn't talk to me, and I was not asked to come to the office. I ended up going to a different doctor who told me no more antibiotics were needed. If you need a quick prescription, this is your doctor. If you need a doctor, go somewhere else. read more

I've been dealing with a fairly complicated and rarely seen medical issue and it has been extremely difficult for me to find a doctor who either knows about it (none do) but more importantly one who will take the time to listen to the myriad of issues it has caused and subsequently provide medical recommendations. From the moment I walked into Dr. Ngyuen's office yesterday for the first time, I was greeted promptly and in a very friendly fashion. I waited only a short period of time before I was called back to do the usual weight, blood pressure and temperature as is common when coming in for an annual physical. I was then placed into a patient room where again, I only waited a short period of time before Dr. Nguyen came into the room like a burst of enthusiastic, warm and friendly energy! She immediately made me feel comfortable with her warm and friendly bedside manner. She is incredibly bright and engaged and is practical and logical in her approach to assessing potential health issues. I don't think I can say I have ever really "enjoyed" going to the doctor, but this was one of the most pleasant experiences I can ever recall. Even her staff is fantastic. After meeting with the doctor, I then had to have blood drawn. The young woman who drew my blood was also super friendly, warm and calming and had a very gentle touch. All around it was such a GREAT experience. As someone who rarely takes the time to write reviews, I was so moved by my experience that I felt it wasn't fair not to let others know what a positive experience I had. In a world where we are quick to point out the bad or negative, I was delighted to be able to write such positive things about my experience. I considered Dr. Nguyen my doctor so I was surprised when I called up to make an appointment and was told she doesn't offer any of the services that I need. I was asking to come in to see Dr. Nguyen about general health issues and was turned away. The 3 times I came in before today I would say the practice was average. The major plus being location. The downsides: restrictive hours, unfriendly admin staff and the feeling you are just a number and are rushed in and out. I guess everything works out for a reason. I came across this physician when I moved to downtown 5 years ago by searching on yelp! She had such great reviews and her office is easy to access so I gave her a try...5 years later I wouldn't go to any other. Dr Nguyen is fantastic! I'm so glad she's young so I don't have to worry about her retiring soon. She's super sweet yet very thorough. Although her appt times are short if you call on the fly her office works with you to fit you in and you don't have to wait forever. Her staff is very kind as well Michelle is very patient and always helpful. I never have to worry about leaving a message for Dr Nguyen and the messages falling through the cracks. Dr Nguyen is very compassionate and doesn't treat you like some other physicians which make you see them for every little thing that could be handled via phone or a simple prescription sent to your pharmacy just so that they can get another copay out of you. I referred a friend to her who doesn't live super far but doesn't live super close either but he likes her so much he stuck with her too. If you need a great PCP make an appt! You will love her! And to the ridiculous 1 star review by someone who found misinformation about Dr Nguyen's office hours, um it says right here on yelp that they are closed on Saturdays, if you can't make a proper review based on quality of patient care then your review is based on nothing... just saying read more

Although it's never much fun to need a doctor, my visit to Dr. Nguyen's office was particularly pleasant. I was in & out in 30 minutes, the staff was friendly, & Dr. Nguyen was wearing very cute shoes!! I came in for a diagnosis, but left feeling great after a steroid shot & b-12 shot. I would not recommend this doctor's office. I'm fairly sure I could come after them with negligence with how they have proceeded with all of my tests and test results. I will be going to a different doctor's office from now on. If you have any kind of problem, or need anything more than a physical, I would not come here! Dr. Nguyen is very nice, however, that only goes so far when you're supposed to be treating patients... This paired with her staff's (mainly Michele) poor attitude has lead to a bad experience every time I've come here. I had blood work done and nothing was said to be out of the ordinary from Dr. N, however when my other doctor saw the results he asked "Did your doctor ever tell you you were anemic?" He said it wasn't even just a possibility, but the results were very clear that was the case and was shocked she didn't say anything. When calling to ask Dr. N and her office if they saw the same thing with my results, the nurse gave me an attitude and insisted that my results were fine because of the comments Dr. N had originally made. We continued a back and forth of phone calls while I persisted she talk to Dr. N to verify what she was saying since, SHE ISN'T THE DOCTOR (!!!) but wouldn't let me talk to Dr. N. Finally I gave up on trying to get an accurate assessment from Dr. N. This last time, I left a sample a week ago (after sitting in the waiting room almost an hour passed my appointment time) which I was told would be sent out for testing and dip tested in the lab there to check for a UTI, results would be early this week. Just called today because I haven't received any information on any of the test results just to find out it was never sent out for testing because the form wasn't filled out. Now I have to go back in to give another sample and wait a couple more days to get any results back. Pretty sure there was a HIPA violation there because my sample and records clearly were not handled with any care or regard for my treatment. Do not come here! read more

Dr.Hayley is great and very nice and I haven't been there for a few years unless I was sick. Well anyways I don't have insurance and I was told a price for the office visit and price for my steroid shot due to a sinus infection. Upon paying out with Isabel I was not told that I was being charged a $25 no show fee for appointment, that I "supposedly" made for a upper respiratory problem from March of last year. Over a year and half almost two years ago. If that was the case, someone should of contact me from billing, *coughAnthonycough* so it would come to my attention so I could tell you I never made the appointment to begin with. Another office worker said that I didn't have an email address down so I wasn't notified of a balance. BUT yet I had a phone number and no one called, I had an address on file and no one sent an billing invoice for over a year and half to almost two years. Then you want to sneak a $25 charge onto my bill without my knowledge until I asked for an invoice and the break down after the fact it was paid. I asked to speak to Dr.Nguyen about it but Isabel told me she didn't have anything over it and I had to speak to the person in charge of billing which is Anthony and he won't be in till tomorrow. Truthfully, I don't like what I saw and how it was handle today, it might not be your $25 Isabel and it's my word over what's in your appointment book. I NEVER made the appointment, let's think about this...if it was for an upper respiratory problem, which sounds pretty severe, wouldn't you think I would of shown uppp get it treated? Chances are they book that appointment under the wrong patient? It makes sense why I was ask when I schedule the appointment that morning if I still had insurance. Hmmm... I never had insurance so I don't know why that would even be on my file to begin with. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE YOU PAY HERE! My dad was quoted that his visit and shot and blood work would be under $300, it was not. It was over $300 and so in-total it was $465. Isabel made me feel during the entire situation as if I was a liar at the doctors' office. Yet, she was the one that didn't disclosed the that there was a balance on my account when I booked nor when she announced the total of the bill to be paid. No break downs of any thing just the total. It wasn't until after the fact when I asked for the itemized receipt and why i was being charged more than what Dr.Nguyen had said earlier. Now I have to wait till Anthony from billing comes into the office tomorrow to contact me. Update: He has not called me like Isabel said he would. read more

I'd been to Dr. Nguyen only once before and that particular visit was pleasant. This last time was a a little different. I'd called ahead to make my appointment and to provide my insurance information as it had changed. When I went in for my appointment, I checked in with front office staff with no issue. It was only after I had gone back to see Dr. Nguyen, in the middle of my visit, where I was notified that she does not accept my insurance plan. I was then asked how I planned on paying for the visit. Luckily, I had an HSA and was able to pay for the cost of the visit with no issues. But I was upset that even after providing my insurance information, it was not verified until after my appointment. The visit was a waste of time and money as I did not even get my levels checked (one of the main points of the visit) as I did not want to incur any additional fees for this visit. I will not be back but I want to warn current and potential patients to please make sure they check your insurance information prior to your visit or you may be faced with an unexpected bill. read more

After reading Melissa T.'s review, I saved it as a bookmark just in case I ever needed a doctor. That sure came in handy! I needed to go to a doctor earlier this week and needed to see one immediately. I called early morning thinking maybe she could squeeze me in later that day, and ends up she had an opening right then if I could come in. I hopped on it and went straight there. I prepared myself for the worst (long waits in the reception over an hour long, etc.) but was pleasantly surprised that after I filled out the paperwork, I was called in within 5 minutes! I found Dr. Nguyen to be a sweet, caring doctor who... 1. was very knowledgeable, 2. had lots of connections (referred me to a few specialist doctors for other concerns/needs I had), 3. utilized communication technology to her advantage (took notes on her laptop and already emailed my prescription to my pharmacy before I left the office), 4. had a very friendly and helpful staff Because of the numerous past bad experiences I've had with doctors (one made me wait over an hour and a half), I've been avoiding them for years. I can't tell you how comfortable I am with Dr. Nguyen and will be recommending her to any of my friends, especially who live around here too. read more

A few downfalls, but overall a great family practice with a kind and gentle doctor! I needed to find a reliable family physician to get a physical and well-women's exam done in one visit. I was referred to Dr. Hayley Nguyen by my dentist at Lifeworks Dental. Making an appointment was easy and the phone only rang twice before someone picked up. The day before, I also received a text message with my appointment information and to confirm or change the appointment which was nice. On the day of my appointment, I overslept and called the office to let them know I was running 30 minutes behind. They were able to book me a new appointment next day without any problem, telling me that there would unfortunately be a $25 "no-show" fee. I showed up the following morning and the waiting area was clean, uncrowded and the receptionist was very friendly. She only handed me two forms to fill out, which I found odd since I was a brand new patient and typically doctor's offices give you 100 forms to fill out. Now for the downfall of this place: I waited AT LEAST 20 minutes just to get put into another room (not my examination room), which was somewhat unpleasant with old water-stained magazines, and a window where people on ground-level could see me. After about 5 minutes of waiting a nurse came to get me, but then said the room still wasn't ready. Finally after almost 30 minutes of waiting, I was put into my examination room. A nurse gave me a crunchy and very uncomfortable paper robe for me to undress and wear for my examination. Then I proceeded to wait on the table, in the paper robe, for another 15 minutes. By this time, it had been about 45 minutes since my appointment time, which was extremely frustrating. Finally, Dr. Nguyen came in, greeted me cheerfully and apologized for the wait. Instead of making me fill out paperwork, she asked me questions about my family's history of disease, medical questions, and whatnot and put them directly into an ipad she was holding, which I felt was nice and quick. Then she began the physical: she listened to my heart and lungs, but didn't check my throat, ears, nose, or any of the typical things doctors check for in a physical. The women's exam wasn't uncomfortable, and I felt at ease with her. She was very good about telling me when she was going to do something BEFORE she did it. Overall, the physical AND the women's exam took about 10 minutes. Then I was told I would need to get blood drawn for a metabolic panel which is done when you get a physical. A nurse drew the blood and the process was quick and easy.. Then I walked out to the exit and didn't have to pay my $25 no-show fee! I was happy because I had to wait a while to see the doctor and perhaps that's why they waived it. Recommendations to make this place better would be to have nicer and more comfortable robes for the women's exam, medical tape for after blood is drawn that doesn't rip your hair off, and a more organized way of transferring patients to and from examination rooms. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and will continue to come back. read more

Once again, thank you Yelp! After being sick for two whole weeks, I finally broke down and decided to see a doctor. Since I hardly ever get sick, I don't have a normal physician that I see (besides the OBGYN), AND I've had some not so great experiences with some Houston doctors (cough, cough!). . .so I turned to Yelp for some recommendations. I see the 5 star rated after 5 reviews, and I figured that was my best bet. I'm glad to say that I was not disappointed one bit. I called up around 3 o'clock figuring I wouldn't get in the same day (but hoping in vain). The cheery person on the phone was just so sweet. While I generally cringe at cutsie terms of endearment from strangers, I actually found it strangely comforting to have her call me sweetheart. You could tell she was actually concerned about my cough and scheduled me for the earliest appointment the next day. *This is probably where I should note that I actually live in the Med Center so it is pretty funny that I end up driving twenty minutes to go see a doctor! I get there the next day about ten minutes early (plenty of parking in the lot across the street) and fill out the two sheets of paper. I paid my co-pay (FYI, they only do cash, checks or debit cards) and waiting twenty minutes to go to the back. The incredibly friendly nurse took me back, took my temp and did the usual routine. The entire time, I felt like they were just so happy to be working there and actually enjoyed their jobs. And *gasp* they seemed to actually care if their patient was sick or not! Dr. Nguyen came in to see me and while I'd seen her picture on her website, I figured she'd look a bit. . .older in person. Hey, I'm Asian so I know how we're really weird about aging. But she just seemed so. . .young. (It actually reminded me of the scene in Father of the Bride II when George meets Annie's doctor. But I digress. . .) After I got over my ageism and talked to her for a few minutes, I felt completely at ease. She was incredibly competent, not rushed, and took time to actually listen to me. She had the nurse come back in and give me two shots and sent me home with some prescriptions. (If you're curious, I had a cold that turned into a sinus infection that turned into bronchitis. Awesome.) In the end, I was in and out pretty quickly, she was covered by my insurance company, and everyone was extremely pleasant to work with. I am thrilled that I actually found a doctor that I enjoyed visiting so much and while I hope I don't have to see her very often, it is nice to know that I don't have to dread seeing a doctor. read more

After reading all her good reviews, I decided to visit Dr. Nguyen for a physical (having not had one in 10 years) and problems with being constantly tired. It was easy to get an appointment, and it was a good location right off I-10. Her office was neat and clean, and her nurse, Katherine, is awesome. She was very warm, friendly, and took her time to explain things and carry on a general conversation with me. Dr. Nguyen came in, examined me quickly, and took notes with her computer. She went straight to business and asked me a few questions about my general health. I felt rushed, and did not get the same warm feeling that Katherine provided. What really turned me off was the fact that my test results came out to be high in cholesterol, but the proper lab test was not done to get an accurate result (a fasting lipid panel is the correct test). I asked if this had anything to do with me being tired....I was told it would be discussed with Dr. Nguyen and that she would get back to me. That was in November, and I have yet to hear from her office. According to all her reviews, it seems many people like her. Dr. Hayley Nguyen provides comprehensive care for adults and children, whether for sick visits or preventive care such as general physical exams. My roommate recommended me to her when I first moved to Houston and I've visited twice and really liked Dr. Nguyen. Her staff is extremely courteous and the office is very clean. I went in the first time for a women's health exam and Dr. Nguyen made me feel totally comfortable! She is very attentive to your needs, knows other doctors to reference you to, understanding, and very comforting to your symptoms, aches, etc.. Ladies, she's also specializes in OB/GYN. I have little to add to the all positive reviews below, but had to chime in that this is BY FAR the best inner-city doctor I have ever found and that includes living in Boston and NYC. Dr. Nguyen is friendly but doesn't waste time - listens to your symptoms and treats them accordingly with no BS. Staff is friendly and surprisingly competent. Dr. Nguyen is amazing. If you need to see someone ASAP, Dr. Nguyen and her awesomely awesome staff will try and squeeze you in. She is soft spoken and thorough and incredibly kind. On a personal note, I cannot thank Dr. Nguyen for treating my younger brother who, after getting better from his cold/flu, made him have a physical only to discover leukemia was the culprit. Hands down the best doctor I've ever had. I held off on this review because I didn't want to share my favorite doctor with anyone or delay my appointment times. Selfish I know, but can you blame me? She's caring, understanding, and excellent at listening to her patients unlike the other doctors I've seen in Houston. Dr Haley Nguyen and her whole office deserves more than 5 stars.... she is the best doctor I have ever been too and her staff and office is the best too! Kind of like what I said in my Bayou City Smiles review...if you need a new doctor in the Heights/Memorial/Washington area go see Dr Nguyen...you will love her. The office is located right off I-10 about a quarter of a mile from Shepherd/Durham... The waiting room is clean with alot of seating and magazines to keep you occupied while you wait. The receptionist is always friendly and gets you checked in and out fast. And Dr Nguyen's nurse...absolutely love her!!!!! She is so sweet and funny and if you go there enough ( like I do ) she gets to know your name and little details about you. Everytime I have needed an appt I call and within 24 hours she can see me. That has never happened with any other doctor... Dr Nguyen takes the time to listen to all of your concerns and is very easy to talk to...she made me feel very comfortable and confident that she knew what she was talking about. She addressed each issue I had and gave me her recommendations and medicine if needed. I never felt rushed or like she wasnt listening. I had a bit of an emergency situation a couple months ago and my boyfriend had to drive me to her office in the middle of the day and based on what she saw/found when I was in her office she had to send me to the emergency room...so she took my boyfriends # so she could call and check on me...and she did...she called several times that afternoon to see how I was, and even the next day. I really felt like she genuinely cared about me and how I was. Thanks to the other great reviews on YELP I went to see her...and I hope with the help of mine, you will too! Highly recommended by a friend and I absolutely agree. Great location, free parking lot. I was able to get an appointment that day - which really is critical when you're sick and need meds else your nose will run away. I waited maybe 5 mins in the lobby after filling out the easy 2 pages of new patient forms. No one else was waiting in the lobby. Once in an exam room, I waited about another 15 mins. Nurse Catherine is a sweetheart and makes a point to get to know you a little. Dr Nguyen is very friendly and helpful. I felt she really took the time to ask questions and understand issues before diagnosing. Then she typed away on her laptop and poof! my prescriptions were bring printed at the front. I like. Really efficient office. Good experience. And now I'm all better. Yay, I found a new doctor!! read more
