Best time ever! Had no idea what to expect. Saw the show with my husband, 22 year old twins and our 16 year old daughter. We laughed from the second they came out until they said good by to us. I had never heard of this show until I read Lola S.'s review, and I am SO glad I chose this as a Valentine's Day date with Ryan L. I would describe it as part comedy show, part honest-to-God magic tricks, and part audience-driven participation. (There are audience members involved the entire time, but the level of involvement varies greatly.) There were several magic tricks that left me wondering and pretty impressed and also a few that I was pretty sure I knew what was going on. Christian and Katalina were excellent hosts that engaged a very diverse audience (variety of ages, international guests, married vs. single, etc.) and kept everyone entertained. I was not bored for a single second, and I was sad when it was over. It was well worth the price (which was really pretty cheap since it included free parking downtown!). This show is wonderful fun. The witty humor and go-with-what-happens reactions of the performers engaged the audience. I was relaxed enough to giggle and laugh out loud all the way through the show, only taking time out to be amazed at the mind-reading and other tricks of Katarina and Christian. I am so glad we went. We went in November with a 16 year old and a 10 year old. Reading some of the reviews, I was a little nervous for my 10 year old - but that was unfounded. In fact, he had the best time. Christian and Katalina incorporated him into the show; making him an integral part. The humor is often best with adults - yet also great for teenagers and a little below. The overall show is great for anyone 10 and up - and "maybe" a little younger - but not much. The atmosphere is small group. We paid extra for front row seats - which was great for my kids. If you only have adults; you don't need to spend the extra. The intimate atmosphere and skilled approach from C&K bring everyone in and make it a fast-paced enjoyable evening. They make you feel as if it is virtually 1-on-1. I don't know how they do a lot of what they do - so even for a seasoned almost 50 year old - I left thoroughly entertained - and would go again! read more

When I went to this show with a friend, my expectations were not too high on the quality of the show. It was very funny and the tricks very well done. We looked at every possible angle to see how they might be pulling off these tricks and we could find none and could only guess as to how they might have done some of them. This show is very funny and extremely entertaining. We grew up in this area, moved back here 15 years ago, but had never heard of this show. It is a small venue, which gets the crowd involved, making it even funnier. The illusions are mind-boggling; I still don't know how they did most of them (ok, all of them : ).
