Going into the college prep season with our older student, we were all a bunch of nerves. However, during the tutoring process, we collectively relaxed because our son became confident in his abilities to take the tests effectively. However, the platform needs some serious work. There was several times where I could not reschedule the session. It would not allow me to do so. It would let me go through all the steps and confirm yet it was never changed and then on top of that, my son who is 11 years old and doesn't always remember things as well as he should, forgot to attend a session and they charged me for that missed session in addition to what you already pay with which is a large fee every month. Will not use them again. Then, finally when I tried to provide them with feedback in their app, it would not accept my feedback that's interesting so you obviously don't want feedback. You just have that button there just for kick shits, and giggles.
