She responded, saying she will do his session in a bit. I didn't have to do anything. Just a couple minutes had gone by and his energy clearly shifted. It was unbelievable. I mean, he was immobile all day and just sad. Then all of a sudden, he's eating, walking around faster than he had been in a couple days, excited to go out. I suffer from extremely rare autoimmune conditions and chronic pain that have left me disabled. I've been going to acupuncture for 10 years in addition to seeing top specialists in the rheumatology field. But no matter how much acupuncture, herbs, herbal teas and traditional Western medicine helped, I was still in a lot of pain and still very much afflicted by my disease. My mom suggested Reiki and after a lot of research, found Dawn. I had no prior knowledge of Reiki or opinion about it one way or another, but was willing to be open and try anything that could possibly help me without hurting me. During my first session, as I was lying calmly on the table, a tear started to roll down my eye --and that's when I knew something powerful was happening. Dawn knows things about what I'm feeling and going through just through the Reiki work she does -- without my even telling her. It's almost as if she has psychic/medium abilities as well... and please take my word for it -- she's phenomenal.
