I LOVE Sue at Mindful Massage! I always have anxiety when someone is touching me (especially if I don't know them). Sue was very conscientious of that. Her communications skills are amazing. She asked several times "is this ok?" or "is this to much or not enough". Sue remembered my likes and dislikes and kept a mental rolodex for the next time (so nice not to have to repeat yourself!). She always kept me informed of what she was going to do before she did it. I think she even asked if I would like for her to stop talking once I got the hang of it. Her sheet work is also phenomenal! I'm pretty chesty and was worried about exposing myself. Sue assured me it wouldn't happen and if it did ...no big deal! Happy to say she must be a magician too! That sheet never came untucked even when I rolled over! Sue focused on my trouble spots (mainly lower back and legs). She paid attention to every inch even some places I didn't think were important... like toes! Who knew those could feel amazing! (Sue, that's who). By the time I left I was anxiety free and so relaxed. My legs felt like butter and all I wanted to do was float home and relax! Sue is the only person I will see from now on! Sue made the entire experience about me and what I wanted and was comfortable with. I'm pretty positive I'm one of those "needy clients", but with Sue I felt comfortable and she accommodated everything. After seeing her several times, now I just walking, lay down and let her work her magic! read more

I surprised my husband today for his birthday with a 90 minute massage. He did a deep tissue and reflexology. He came out feeling like a wet noodle. He said it was a great birthday gift and he would definitely like to go back again. He mentioned how clean everything was and that the setting was very calming. A big shout out to Ronda and Shonda for making his day/gift wonderful! read more

Mindful Massage & Bodyworks is the perfect place to go. I have been having issues stiff shoulders, neck, back, and migraines. After a session of massage my body feels much better and the migraines stop. I recommend this place for anyone who needs help with aching body. read more

Established in 2016.

Mindful Massage & Bodywork came about for a desire to introduce to the community a wellness option with ambience not found in the area. ~ Our mission is to provide a space of healing energy and skilled techniques. To provide a space for growth and enhancement in the daily lives of our clients & for each other. We are a small team of skilled LMT's supporting each other and building strong Therapeutic bonds within the community of our clients and colleagues.

Meet the Business Owner: Ronda B.

I was inspired to open my studio due to a closure of another Wellness center in 2015, where i was part of an incredible team of LMT's. My client base followed me. I wanted to somehow create a space within my community, that would offer the ambience, skillsets, and energy they, & I, were accustomed to. With limited means to create the Studio of Mindful Massage & bodywork, I feel My dream is becoming a reality. I look forward to continued growth and nurturing of new and established Independent LMTs who are looking to build their businesses'.

We are located across from the Justice Center and Parking is behind our building or curbside at the Front Entrance. She had me fill out a sheet about my health and levels of stress. I have been to quite a few different spa's for a massage, and I have never had this done. That was definitely a plus for her. Before the massage she asked if there were any areas that I wanted to work on, and during the massage she made sure that the amount of pressure was good. At the end of the massage Carmen greeted me outside of the room with a bottle of water, and a pouch with some Doterra essential oils and a travel pack of the Bath and Body Works Stress Relief hand sanitizer. Another plus for her! Excellent customer service gets me every time! Overall, I had an excellent experience at Epiphany, and I will definitely go back...March 2nd to be exact. :-)
