It starts with a lovely foot scrub with aromatherapy, followed by the Thai reflexology. It feels amazing on your feet and you instantly feel refreshed and stress free. I FELL ASLEEP - this was a first! And then I experienced reiki. The warmth of her touch in areas I have experienced injury, stress, trauma and tension, simply melted away.
