He took one look at my MRI and told me they had treated the wrong area. He is experienced, knowledgeable and extremely competent - actually cared about helping me find a solution to reduce my back pain. He referred me to a surgeon to stabilize one area and scheduled an epidural after surgical recovery for another area of my spine. During this 7 month period he also helped me lose 50 pounds! Something I had been unsuccessful at doing for 20 years and dozens of diets including 3 day fasts. Again he immediately diagnosed a metabolism problem and prescribed medication (a pill) that works wonders. I've tried everything to relieve my back pain and lose weight for 20 years. This man gave me my life back! He is my hero. As far as communication with the office staff (who I always found to be professional and caring) is by text. I have become quite fond of them.

A staff member looks to see if they see COVID-19 on you or lurking around before letting you in. Once inside you get to slide your credit card under a plastic curtain to pay. I went once a week and every time I went the staff had no idea why I was there. This is obviously a fear mongering CNN watching staff. I watched a staff member walk by a guy in the waiting room with no mask facing the staff hiding behind the "COVID Curtin". I complained about their fear mongering and was told how serious COVID is and that is why they ask everyone if they have symptoms and take everyone's temperature. I was never once asked and my temperature was never once taken. When I brought up the guy in the waiting room without a mask the same woman who walked past him 3 times acted shocked and marched over to make him put on a mask. I had to stop going because I would be so mad every time I left.

She told me she could not provide Tirepatide injections because they will no longer be available, yet I am seeing them at other providers. She then switched gears and blamed my hormones on my weight gain. I have never had any issues with menopause or hormones but trusted her expertise. She had me on hormone replacement and Semaglutide and still no weight loss. Once I stopped her injections of semaglutide, her attitude towards me changed dramatically. She was irritated over any question I had for her about billing or products. My pharmacy stated she was very rude to them when they questioned a prescription strength. She upped my hormone meds and now I am experiencing noticeable hair loss. When I spoke with her about this, she told me no other woman she has treated has this issue so the best thing to do is stop taking the medications. I feel if I am not paying for her weight loss products, she could care less about trying to help me.
