My daughter & I had a lovely experience with Mindy & Michelle at Mindy's Nails on Wednesday, 6/26. They were running behind, but let us know, so we were able to get our Safeway trip out of the way so no time was lost. i appreciated being able to mix and match the pedicure options, I got the sea salt with callus and my daughter got the sea salt with paraffin --both felt amazing! Mindy and Michelle took their time with us and gave great massages. the salon was clean, all the tools were sterilized and the atmosphere comfortable. Not sure why some nasty reviews, we'll go back! read more

If you want the best experience ask for Mindy. I got one of the other tecs and she rushed through my nails when I asked her to fix it she basically refused to fix it. I asked for 3 different design none of which she could do. They were shaped so badly that I had to redo them when I got home In fear that they would be even worse if I asked her to correct them again yes I had already asked few times to fix them while doing them. Mindy is the best if I would have known it wasn't her I would have gone. read more

Today I went into this salon with my girlfriend's to get a pedi while we are on a girls trip. As a licensed nail tech, I would say STAY AWAY from this place. The water was extremely hot and the files that were used for our services came from a drawer and they were clearly previously USED files and buffers. I asked how the tools were sanitized and I was told that they use alcohol at the end of the day. The pedicures were rushed and a waste of money. The technicians were scooping out product out with their hands which just touched my feet. After the hurried massage, it was time to polish and the 3 of us got the worst polish job. Attached photos show the polish on my toes, which was poorly done. I'm very dissatisfied with the service the 3 of us received and I really wish Trinidad had a better nail shop. read more

This place would be perfect if they soaked their instruments in some sort of solution or even wiped them down between customers it is unsanitary especially in a pandemic and puts customers at risk for fungus and other deadly diseases. read more

Very rude. Don't bother. It's never their fault when they misunderstand you. You will get pressured into getting a more expensive service if they are not satisfied with what you want. The massage chairs are outdated and peeling. They take advantage of being the only nail salon in this small town. Take your business elsewhere. We had 4 girls trying to have a nice time together for graduation and they ruined it. Had to go an hour away to get what we wanted: will never go there again: don't waste your time. read more

Very rude. called because yesterday my daughter went to get her nails done for homecoming and the came out so ugly it took 2 people and 2 hrs to do them left hairs on the nail. Very lumpy kids at her school thought maybe she did it herself called mindy and she said come in so I can see them. Said she would fix them but she had a attitude and was very rude. they are very unsanitary gross And super expensive won't come back .. but honestly my daughter probably could have done a way better job read more
