When we were ready to redo our deck, we knew we wanted Curb Appeal Design to do this project. The owner, Mo, was fantastic from start to finish. He came to our home to evaluate the job. In speaking with Mo, we decided to build a waterproof patio under the new deck and add a retaining wall with stairs to access the patio. We also wanted to add significant lighting. Mo made himself available to meet us at the supply store to pick out the materials. We needed composite decking, aluminum railing, lighting, blocks for the retaining wall and stone veneer to go against the foundation wall. Mo has an eye for design, and he spent time with us picking out the appropriate materials and colors to ensure a high-end style. We would not have been able to do this on our own. Mo also made himself available both during the day and evenings when we had questions. He always answered our questions and had great ideas to ensure the look would be achieved. Mo was able to resolve the issues with our property (high water table, sloped side yard, existing door into the house, etc.). Curb Appeal Design's work is definitely a step above other contracting companies. Using Curb Appeal Design makes it convenient since they handle construction, grading, masonry, lighting and planting.
