If you miss your appointment and are placed on their 'Same Day Only' list, you might as well find a different dentist. There are NEVER any 'Same Day' appointments since the schedule is overbooked way in advance. But, in order to be seen once you're place on the 'Naughty List', you have to call EVERY day at 8:30 a.m to ask if there are any cancelations. As I stated before, there are NEVER any cancelations. If you are employed and work daytime hours, this office may not be the office for you. Overall, I would suggest going elsewhere.
