When we arrived were greeted by a gentleman (unfortunately his name escapes me) who during our entire visit (4 of us with strong personalities) treated us with kid gloves. He immediately took our coats and asked what type of beverage we would like (tea, coffee or wine). Yesss...I'm liking him already. We had to complete some paperwork and was then was escorted to the Zen room. We each sat, drank and chatted away until it was time for our appointments. We all were taken about the same time for our treatments which was good. I went with the deep tissue massage. My masseuse Christine was awesome. She ask me if I had any questions or any areas that she wanted her to work on. I explain my aliments which were my calf's and the heels of my feet from my workout in the gym. Christine worked on those areas and gave me suggestions on things I could do at home to alleviate some of the pain. She spoke only if I had questions which is what I like and was professional and caring. She made it a wonderful experience. Despite making several good-faith attempts--including returning for follow-up visits--the customer service was poor and dismissive. My concerns were not taken seriously, and I was ultimately refused any corrective treatment, refund, or reasonable explanation. The response was " You are full of drama and do you want my lawyers phone number?" $700 for Botox is a good amount of money to not have satisfactory results. Botox is a medical aesthetic service that requires accountability and professionalism. Unfortunately, this business failed in both treatment results and customer care. I would not recommend their services to anyone expecting ethical practices, proper follow-up, or responsibility for outcomes.

I was talked into getting the plasma pen done to make my lip area look smoother and fuller. Carmen knew that my wedding was in eight days, but assured me that everything would be perfect. Three days after the procedure, I noticed what I thought to be a cold sore. I texted Carmen right away, but she never responded. She finally responded once I called her unprofessional, which in turn she called me a jerk!!! (See screenshots and photos). Fast forward to the Thursday before my wedding when she finally texted and asked about my face. It turns out I had a staph infection on my face. I don't want to say that my wedding was completely ruined, but my face was all I thought about. My makeup artist did as well as possible. I asked for my money back but was denied.
