I want to get him a…read moremahogany obsidian...."..... 1)....I know nothing about rocks/geology.... 2)....wtf is a mahogany obsidian?!?!?!.... 3)....just go to the alley out back and pick a few rocks!!!!... .....so off to Yelp I go to see if there were any places that sell rocks (I'm thinking whatta scam...get a few rocks from the local park and just slap a price on it).... ...there were a few places and based on the reviews I decided to take him here.... ....the videos and the pics online do not do justice to this place... ...it is a massive store .....well organized....lots of selection from varieties, sizes and level of presentation.... ....the staff was very helpful realising we were green took the time to explain to my kid what is available and what would be a good choice... ....I gave him a $20 budget and he picked not only what he needed but a bit extra as well... .....this store would be great for any rock collector....or a school field trip(hint hint).... ....the only criticism I have, it would be nice if they sell boxes for gifting.... ...a definite gem in Vancouver... ;)

When you walk in, it's like a wave of bliss, amazing smells, strong energy and bright auras... I'm a bit of a hippie what can I say, but Boho Tribe is a slice of good vibes and inviting ambience hands down. I mainly wanted to browse, but ended up leaving with quite a bite of crystals, palo santo and was very close to adding some accessories before I stopped myself. The lady on duty was so sweet... Possibly the owner.... An old soul for sure, but younger than me in body or possibly great skin... I'm not jealous. They have clothing, trinkets, wands, sage, herbs, oils and even brew (coffee & tea). Whether you're inquiry, curious or just in the need for what B.T. has to offer, you are welcome.

A hidden gem, pun intended…read more This store not only has an amazing variety of stones and crystals, but you can also feel that the owner truly wants to help those who walk through his doors (with the healing, metaphysical properties of the crystals). The energy, if you believe in that sort of thing, is absolutely amazing, and you know it's because of the intent the owner puts into the crystals he sells. Just walk in and pick out whatever calls to you. Likely its what your body and soul are needing at the moment.

The staff are warm hearted and helpful, as well as very knowledgeable and informative. They are not a typical retail store, as they are a wholesale store so there is a lot of stuff, everywhere for you to sift through and find various unexpected treasures. They are some of the best in the lower mainland, and they are very fairly priced and easy to deal with. As a jewelry maker, I would highly recommend them. They also do custom made high end jewelry projects and have large books of different settings you can choose from. Both my mother and I have gotten things made here and they do very quality work. Never mind getting Jewelry at a big box jewelry store, get one made here, and get something truly unique and much more valuable in the end.

Very rude young girl would not exchange a gift of some earings that they can %100 tell were purchased there. They have numerous of exactly the same thing but she said they have no way of knowing how much they cost. I called several times this morning B4 heading over there on the bus but no answer. Their return policy is not listed anywhere I could find. She said it is posted in the store & not her fault their phone doesn't work, that they don't list their return policy online & not sure what I expect her to do. I just wanted store credit for an item only costing $18, they would be getting a pricier item back. She refused & I asked her to call the owner & she sd no answer. I will never shop there again. So rude! Who asks for a receipt when receiving a gift? I don't & have never had a problem returning a Xmas gift for store credit B4 in my life. I cannot believe they can't figure out their own pricing!
