My fiance and I get there and tried to figure out with one of the sales ladies what size I should pick. They have this kinda keychain where the have all the sizes you can try...for my bad luck I guess, my size wasn't there, so I tried going for the next size. We left the ring, they said it would be ready by New Years and it was. I was pretty happy to get the call. I drive to the store right away and once I get there, they spent about 30 minutes trying to find it and what really bothered me was that they kept asking if I was sure someone called me!. After the long wait, they finally found it and the size seemed ok but in reality it was still loose, so the lady said I could come back and resize it again but that I should try it for a few days. Turns out that a week after, my fiance gets a call from the store saying that they have given him the wrong certificate for the ring (and this happened TWICE!), so in less than a month he had to go back and forth to get the right certificate. This was still ok, I was like: anybody could make a mistake...benefit of the doubt I guess. Well, I decided to go back today to finally resize the ring again and first, I was treated like if I was lying about buying the ring in that store (hello lady! This is an engagement ring and I don't think any girl would actually keep "the receipt" for that kinda present!). After the challenge of making her to believe I was saying the truth, she finally decided to look me up on the system by phone number (i think it would have been better to ask for it in the 1st place? And saving me the hassle of feeling like a lier?). She finds my fiance information, confirms he got the ring there, and then tells me that I have to.pay to get my ring resize...not just that but also blames my fiance for "not getting the extended warranty"!!!. I explained that she has told me I could get my ring resize again no problem but she kept saying she couldn't help me out. Honestly, I walked out so upset that I told my fiance to go back and return the ring! What really upset us is that you get the service when they want your money but after that, they don't care anymore. I believe there should be a better customer service, an engagement ring doesn't cost $50! Never ever buy from this store, the sales stuff is rude and if they screw up it's ok but if you need service it is a hassle and they actually make you feel like crap!

I recently brought some gold into a shop for the first time, not even knowing if it was real. I had…read morenever sold gold before, so I knew nothing about the process. When I arrived, Robin was there with her three little dogs! She was the only one working and was helping another customer, so she asked me to wait, giving me time to browse. The shop had really unique pieces at fair prices. If I had been shopping, I would have definitely bought something just to invest. (She also mentioned they make custom pieces.) Robin evaluated the gold, and I told her I didn't know much about it. I was skeptical about selling it and was prepared to be lowballed, but she literally offered me three times the amount I expected! Some pieces I didn't even realize were real gold. Robin knew I wasn't experienced with gold prices, but I could tell she was honest and straightforward. She's a beautiful lady, inside and out. Hopefully, I'll see her again soon. I love supporting small businesses, and when it comes to "we buy gold" places, you automatically think of shady business people--but that was not the case here. Robin was very professional and made my experience wonderful. Also, while I was waiting for the estimate, I had time to sit down and search the reviews. I was stunned to see that she even had one bad review! I'm glad I took the chance to come in because it would have been unfortunate to miss meeting such a wonderful lady.
