Aside from my fondness of League of Legends, Odds has two floors, the first floor being the non-smoking and the second floor being the smoking floor. They usually have a reliable internet connection but there are of course times when the server's down or it's out of their control. Another thing I like about it is that since it's beside restaurants, you can have food delivered there so you won't have to stop or leave your game / work if you're hungry. You can just order and wait for your food there. Technically, no time lost.

The thing about Speedbytes is, even if it's 2 pesos per page there, it's kind of worth it in a way. Speedbytes is an internet cafe on the ground floor of EGI Building at Taft, near DLSU. It's pretty much your run of the mill internet cafe. It has aircon, and a mildly cheaper rate than the rest of the cafes in the area at 25 an hour. For me though, it's a really great place to print. They meet my number 1 requirement for printing, which is that they print FAST. By fast, I mean, somehow even if they have a lot of orders, I still normally get finished within 5 minutes of walking in. This is insanely important to every student. All you irresponsible students like me, you know what it's like to be rushing, with 10 minutes before the deadline and the office being on the other edge of school. It's in times like these where a fast printing place like Speedbytes is an absolute godsend.

When I met up with her in the train station, she informed me that she still had to print her CVs out in Netopia. This Netopia opens at 10am. There's already going to be a line outside it with people all rushing to have their documents printed, scanned, and edited. Knowing that all these people are in a rush, the staff of Netopia work fast but well. The place is a bit small, but if you won't be using their computers, you'll be fine. If you do need to use their computers, they have all the programs you need. And if you get stuck, one of their staff will be able to help you out.
