This is our 2nd review on Yelp for Mini Splits USA. The first was more than a year ago on Sept 19, 2024. (Reba D.) That review tells what we units had installed, how well the staff handled our complex situation and how wonderful the heating and AC worked from the units. Since then, we had Sean out to do a yearly cleaning and maintenance on the units. As always, he took great care to make sure nothing in the rooms around the units was disturbed from the cleaning. When he was finished inside and out, it gave us peace of mind that we were starting a new winter clean and ready to crank up the heat. Last week we had Sean out to do a redo and longer installation of one of the pipes back to the main outside unit (a planned deck renovation coming up). It was a long job, under a small space, cold and under threat of rain. He was careful and methodical and after finishing the installation, topped up the Freon in the pipes, cleaned up the area spic and span, & made sure all the units were working perfectly before leaving many hours later. Sean is a joy to work with, never once complained, always has a smile, answers all our questions and we trust him implicitly. As to value for the money- our electric bill has gone down pretty dramatically for both summer and winter. Worth the price hands down. The Mini Splits worked flawlessly the first year and we expect with Mini Splits USA to help us, they will continue for many years to come. read more

Pretty expensive for the West Virginia area. Nice owner, just too high of price for the system.

My husband and I were in a bind because our lender was requiring repairs before we could close on our cabin. One of the repairs was installing a suitable heat source, so I inquired with Mini Splits USA. The price was great and the turn around time was even better! Daniel and Dylan were professional, showed us how to use the mini split, cleaned up after themselves (plus some!), and were very efficient. The communication was great from start to finish.
