I use Ollies to shop dog toys and rugs and some other specialty items when they have them in if…read moreit's something I really really want like a really cheap blender or steamer. You really gotta go the day the advertise the price because I have gone many times and they tell me that either didn't get the item or they only had six and they left in the morning so that's the downfall of Ollies. The good thing about Ollies is that you can usually get snacks half price then you can at the store that goes for nuts and specialty items too which is really great if you need that sort of stuff I couldn't cut your grocery bill in half. I found once in a blue moon a pair of shoes that fit they have a very small area of clothing I have found a really nice piece or two over the years by far not everything as fantastic. The Store itself has a funky odor, most all of them do. They have toys that are not normally this season's but you can find some interesting toys. The hygiene product are the best prices: soaps, hairbrush, the hair care items they seem to be really reasonable, priced, as the deodorant, toothpaste, Band-Aids, that sort of thing. Some of the big items we have bought in the past were some flooring, some rugs (the rugs seem very cheap and didn't last that long at all,-so that was cheap but didn't last long). Don't think it's really worth getting the rugs there unless you can get them on sale the prices are not bad but when you get them on sale, it's even better. (Since they didn't hold up to cleaning .) I have gotten a few small appliances there that have been really good. I've had some really good employees and I'd have some employees that help you one of them was the manager at the Ollies in Sevierville store near the holidays. The male manager at Morristown was not very nice. The manager and Sevierville one day even took me in the back room to help me find a sleeping bag that they had on sale and we found all the sleeping bags in the back that had not been put out, but we could not find a large man sleeping bag they had advertised so that was sad as I drove all the way there to buy that particular item so Ollies is a hit or miss store. I can always find something . Coffee is a good buy sometimes , trash bag ,sometimes sometimes they'll have saran wrap and baggies and freezer bags sometimes not so Ollie is a hit and miss store. What they advertise is not necessary of what they have in stock different stores in different areas and different states have different items. My ad was showing a recliner and I was so excited to go see this recliner and I found out that my phone it changed my setting to a store in Massachusetts not Tennessee so they didn't have any recliners. They do have a bathroom most all of them. I visited in Tennessee or some family member have they are not that clean bathrooms, but they did function .which is all we can ask for is functioning. Bathroom doesn't have to be solid gold. Just ask to function and be clean so I'm gonna give Ollie's bargain outlet a four star store rating They have a ways to go to get to a five star but then again you are shopping at an outlet they could do better, but it would take some extra effort and they're not going to ever put that extra effort in cause it's an outlet store and it is ok stuff cheap, Good stuff cheap they'd have to have good stuff. If the store gets good stuff it's only ever a few items.

Bad customer service, and bad management!!!…read more Went in on this past weekend in Boston things and did not make it home with me one item it was a seven dollar or floral pick! I called and spoke with the assistant manager who was who checked us out and he said I gave them to you and I said no there was three we purchased four you had three in a bundle and one to the side. We made it home with the three but not the fourth one! I feel like I'm pulling teeth. Just get the item that he did not give me and he persecuted to argue with me and I asked to speak to the store manager, but supposedly he's on a conference call.

We didn't think Bliss would be affordable but went in just to look around and immediately found some items we loved. Alison and David were wonderful to help us. After the furniture was delivered, we returned to Bliss to add another piece of furniture and some very lovely decorative items. We love the look of our "new' living room and receive compliments from guests. We highly recommend Bliss if you're looking for good quality furniture and accessories that make a statement in your home.

Although I found it to be outside my wallet price point, I really appreciate how Todd and his wife concentrate on mid-century vintage. This come-back era is hot right now and specialization gives them the ability to focus on quality pieces. All items are cleaned and treated - absolutely ready to be brought home. Super high end. I mean, you could eat right off those bright avocado green plates. Here's my two cents on why spot-clean is critical. It might go without saying in this business..but whoa!...presentation and suggestion for homeware use and decor is key. Especially for mid-mod items, the cleaner the pieces, the more vivid the color which just throws you right into back into mid-mod environs. They do a terrific job here. (I mean, do you want to take home a dusty, faded-color, fondue tray which lost its elements that evoke the era?) The whole shop knocks my socks off! Product displays are very well done and you are jolted back in time the moment you walk in the door. The vignettes keep a steady theme and the colors totally pop. Just like they did mid-century. Here is what you'll find: tables, mirrors and furniture, lots of lamps, plenty of paintings, canisters, radios, knick-knacks, funky book ends, lots of owls, plates and bowls and zillions more. They really do pack it in here. And they have so much more to display. I see this really as the showcase boutique for their online shop. Todd told me the story of how he and his wife fell in love with all things mid-mod whey bought their 1960s-something home. Try to catch them on the 1st and 3rd weekends of the month. She didn't end up having all of the parts on hand but took my number to call when she was able to make a pair. What great service! Also cool, they do weekend craft workshops that are super affordable. She spreads the craft options on the entry table with prices listed and you tell her what one you want to work on. You can get $5 crafts for kids while you do a $40. Many craft places have a blanket price of $60 and up, regardless of age or project, which I know would deter me from bringing my kids. They also sell wooden DIY craft kits to bring home. They supply everything but the paint. There were many options.

I was never greeted or spoken to while in the store because the only employee I saw was to busy on the phone trying to pay a bill that was late because she was asking for a waiver of the late fee. I had to hear her conversation throughout the whole store and after being there for 30 minutes and still not being spoken to and her still on the business phone in the store conducting her personal business I left. It was very very unprofessional and if that is how they do business there I will never go in again. Sadly disappointed!!
