They have a huge selection of women's clothing. They also have: shoes, hats, scarves, jewelry, AWESOME candles, artwork, sunglasses, purses, etc. I seriously love the candles. They are a little pricey but totally worth it because they are the soy candles (basically saying they aren't cheap-o candles and you can also use it as a lotion when the wax is hot, good idea right?) :) The manager here is A-Maz-ing! Her name is Brittany and she calls around to their other stores for me because I want a size her store is out of. She has done this at least 5 times and within a day it's at the store. They have some system…read morewhere whoever helps you gets some extra sum of money from your purchase which means that they try very hard to help you. I mean VERY hard. They stop you every couple of minutes asking if you need help with anything which I guess is fine but it's like every 2 minutes and I was just trying to look. They also ask you multiple times every 10 minutes if you need a changing room when you can obviously tell I am still looking. When you respond saying no they ask again "Are you sure?" Also when you are ready to get a changing room they come into the large space where the changing rooms are located. I was with my friend and when I came out to show her the skirt I found, one of the staff said, "I don't think that's for you" and then said "I wouldn't wear it with that shirt." I was wearing my tee shirt that I wore into the store and I wasn't going to walk out with just my bra. You shouldn't give unsolicited negative fashion advice to people. My brother and I though were on a mission with limited time so we dodged and weaved politely in the crowds to make our way to the Knoxville Smokies store. The Smokies are a minor league team with an affliation to the Chicago Cubs. We love the older logo of the Bear with the word Smokies above and not so much of the newer logo. I did find a beanie and my brother found a visor. The team behind the counter were very kind and helpful as we added a couple of smaller items to our purchases. The Knoxville Smokies' official store sells on-field caps and new novelties, merchandise, collectibles, trading cards and supplies. Go Smokies!

The salesperson said they were "in the warehouse" and he'd "have to check if the owner will break up the set." The set? They are listed as single chairs. He promptly came back and said no, it's 3-4 weeks for them to order the chairs. Huh? I asked for four chairs before coming in! We left and purchased chairs elsewhere. Furniture quality is meh, I'll stick to Ethan Allen. We don't mind ordering and waiting. We do mind inquiring and being told misinformation to get us to drive to the store. Our time is valuable too!
