Calls and emails to them were unanswered. My car left with suds and wax still on it. No offer to clean off the soap or wax...or even refund the charge. We reached out to them in person and are being given the run around saying that the damage to the car was already there. No it wasn't. Our insurance agent has called and emailed as it has now been 3 weeks since this happened. They won't respond to him, either. Super disappointed.

When it first opened, it was a car wash like none other you had towels and cleaning aids and really good vacuums and really nice folks. It was just a pleasure to go to. We thought so much of it that we recommended that our grandson go there when he was looking for a job and he worked there for a little while, but then had to leave because the culture in the store had begun to change. Over the last 6 to 9 months the people that work there have become more insulin more disrespectful and could care less about the condition of the car wash to the point that the last time that I went there, I believe they have approximately 25 or 30 vacuum hoses of which there were only six that were operative in all of the hoses were off of all of the other ones the compressed air which used to be a convenience. None of those worked, and there were only two or three wiping towels in any of the baskets that were there. The straw that broke the camels back was when my wife went to wash her car in the middle of last week and when she came out of the car wash, the entire driver side was still covered in soap, not dimension the fact that hardly any of the rest of the car had been washed off either when she talked to the manager about it he couldn't have cared less. She asked to speak to the owner and he said I'll tell you what I'll call myself and she said go ahead and he turned and walked away. There were some other things that were said that were completely disrespectful, but I won't get into that. Tomorrow morning, I am going to go down and I'm going to cancel my subscription and my wife's subscription and we will drive 10 miles out of our way to use another car wash that we have used in the past. I would rather pay the gas to go up there and be treated more kindly than to have to put up with the disrespectful and condescending attitude that is shown at this car wash. On the company, webpage you see all sorts of Christian values and opinions stated there, but what's displayed there in real life, couldn't be further from those values. Quite frankly, I think the owners should clean house hire a completely new crew and then do what owner should do and that is to stay on site until everybody is completely and thoroughly trained and understands the culture that they are trying to create at Big Peach.
